great puzzler! i encounterd a bug on lvl 4 where it just skipped to the next lvl

Developer

Oh i never thought of that! Now it's a bad puzzle for me to solve. Thank you for playing!

Submitted

excellent game. I really love the ambient sound

Submitted

Really cool and unique interpretation of the theme! A fun puzzler! Nice work

Developer(+1)

it cant be uniquer than your work. Really got me. I love that!

Submitted

This is one of my favorite uses of the theme, very creative, I really loved the core mechanic. The visuals could be better though, also the sounds could use some work, specially the jump sound (bird singing). Also, controling the character is not very responsive, more specific, the jump could be better if you implemented a coyote time and jump buffer.

Developer

Thanks for the precious feedbacks! I totally agree with you about the visuals and controlling. kind regret not having polished it well

very interesting puzzle game! i got stuck on level 20 but a lot of the levels had a lot of planning behind them. i like the aesthetic of the clouds and the backgrounds a lot too. gj!

Developer

Thank you for playing! I do have a lot of planning ( trying out again and again in the editor lol) hope you like all the 20 puzzles! And the 21, no one would like it. that's why it got a different art

Submitted

It is a very interesting use of the game theme and a great concept. The art needs to stand out a bit against the bg, but otherwise pretty good. I got stuck on level 9, the solution wasn’t clear.

Developer(+1)

Thank you for playing! you are totally right about the art and I'm ashamed that I just left the problem while it wouldnt take too long. level 9 is about jumping and landing with bigger box but float with smaller ones lol.

Very interesting game! When I first saw the border scaling mechanic I didn't expect being squished through it to be an intended solution, but it was really cool to see and made for some interesting puzzles!

Developer

Thank you for playing! I just wasnt able to keep the borders out of everything so it turned out to be a core mechanic lol

Submitted

Oh, that was very nice game! It has very nice artstyle and I like the sounds, they are quite satisfying. Use of clipping as mechanics was very smart! I think on level 21 something was wrong with colliders, but oh well. Really good work!

Developer

Thank you for playing through the game! I decided not to cover the background in 21 so the single one tile is invisible lol. That was unserious and I'll avoid that next time.

Submitted

Really loved the puzzles! They were very clear and I loved seeing how many levels I have left, each one made me think of the mechanics in a new way which was refreshing! Well done!

Developer

Thank you for playing! When I play games in this jam I started to know how important it is to let players know how many are left. I was lucky to come up with the idea lol.

Submitted

I thought the art was lovely, and so was the sound design all the little plink sounds! Well done!

Controls are a little confusing, having both hands on the keyboard, and I did manage to glitch myself out of the level once, but otherwise its fantastic.

Would be very grateful if you tried our game!

Developer

Yeah I just found that bug minites ago lol. Thank you for playing!

Submitted

really well done. super interesting level design kept me engaged the whole way through, loved the sound design as well!

Developer

Thanks for playing! I'm so happy to know that the levels may be engaging!

This has to be one of the most interesting puzzle games I've seen in this jam! I love the unique and creative mechanics and the ambience of the environment it creates a lovely atmosphere, I got a bit confused that sometimes you can make yourself go in the border but other times not? The first 5 levels were incredible proof of concept and then I started to get confused. Great experience overall though!

Developer(+1)

Thanks for playing! In most levels we need to use the still things like wall and borders that's in its edge size to get in and out. And true the late levels are a liitle tricky for I have no time and brain to create serious good puzzles. Thank you again, really cheerful comments!

Cool puzzle game with an interesting mechanic and some nice interaction when multiples boxes are present ! Does the yellow box change anything ? and some trick jump are really hard to make and make you think that you did the puzzle wrong.

Great experience overall !

Developer

Yeah in fact all the puzzles are well tested no matter what happens : ) but the accident will really frustrate people. I had no time to fix it though. Thanks for you patience!

I liked the game. It's a super fun puzzle game that really pushed my brain to give it all. The difficulty curve is perfect. I liked the visual art, I liked the gameplay, I liked how I had to abuse the physics to solve the puzzles.

Very smart. Thanks for this game !

Developer

Oh that really cheers me a lot! I was so worried that my levels lack tutorial and confuse players. Thank you for playing!

Game was fun. The core concept was really strong, especially in the early levels. The later levels can feel a bit janky, I'm pretty sure because you're using the default unity physics. It probably should have been a custom script so that it's more consistent. Either way, I thought this game was a great idea and a great execution in those earlier levels.

Developer

Thank you for playing! You are totally right about the default physics and it really set many constraints for me. But I have not the experience to build a new physics system based on my on script. So I wasnt able to seriously extend the concept. Instead, I just made some annoying levels  in the late game LOL

Submitted

Love the square mechanic! Its simple yet reallly fun to play!

Developer

Thank you! It was originally a prototype of this prototype but I decided I dont need anything else LOL

Submitted

Very fun idea, and I really like how you thought of multiple ways of using your mechanics to make interesting puzzles. Congrats for your work!

Developer(+1)

Thanks for playing! I do tried multiple ways, some of them kinda tricky and annoying though.  I'll try to make it good.

Submitted

really creative puzzles and an overall relaxing experience! would definitely like to see more of it :D

Developer(+1)

Thank you for playing! I also want to make more levels that's less annoying lol

Developer(+1)

And the Sword is amazing I have to mention it agian. Thank you for that inspiring treat

Border is love, Border is life, Let me out of this border please, once in my life (it rhymes trust me)

Developer(+1)

You may leave it hundreds of times in this game [doge]

Submitted(+1)

I want to leave the border, the true border, the Game border

Developer(+2)

that inspires me of making a good use of the everlast UI. I should have done something about it.

LOVED THE IDEA OF CLIPPING! I can totally see this being unintentional. Loved the artstyle and sounds used. Maybe I'm lacking a type of indicator to show how much the box can expand. I'm gonna say it again, loved the idea of clipping when scaling. Great entry.

Developer

Thanks for playing! I tried to indicate the borders of the borders but I cant make it pretty. So at last I decided it's more important to keep it neat LOL.  And yes I didnt want the clipping in the beginning but it turns out to be core of the levels. Thank you again!
