This is pretty OCD triggering and I love it. xD
really nice art and music! the toon shader makes the game pop and it was quite fun stacking cards.
very cute game and idea ! i agree with the other comments about RNG, and about having a clear objective, if you decide to continue working on the game, which I think you should :)
Nice job for a 4 day jam !
Would love to be able to defend myself more actively during the attack, because not knowing exactly where the enemy will spawn ca let you in some problematic situations !
Loved the design and the music !
I love the concept behind this game. A little bit more polish and I think it would be great. The tutorial had me draw regular cards first and then special cards and that's what I expected in the first level but not what happened. Some tweaks like that to fix the RNG and adjust sensitivity for the camera control and I think this could be a really fun game! Nice work!
Very cool idea with lots of potential!
Like the game and the art is amazing, only note is that it's a bit hard to make the tower so maybe if you could find a way to fix that it would be amazing
I reeeeeally like this idea and the concept. I think you can make a greate game out of this with a bit of tweaking! Right now I think it's a bit too random which makes it frustrating (or maybe I'm not getting something) - but without knowing where enemies will spawn and the random amount of defense cards it feels like its basically pure chance if I'm able to win a round or not. I also agree with earlier comments - I feel this could work really well with deck building!
Great job!
Huh, cool concept! Like how cards a level of strategy to the balancing tower part!
Amazing concept and awesome art!. I really like the toon shader in games
This was super fun - the screenshots are super accurate to my experience lol. I love/hate when the tower finally topples. The music is also a vibe. Nice work! :)
I agree the music is pretty good 😎
I love building houses out of cards! The concept is very interesting, but I would like to combine it with deck building and possibly more understandable goals (for example, to build a certain type of tower). Also, limit the size of the hand so that the player cannot collect an infinite number of cards :)
Great job! I'm sure the game can be finished and released! It will definitely find its player.
Loved stacking the cards! didn't understand very well the tower defense part, but just loved stacking and playing with the cards!
Great style! the enemies may take a bit too long to reach the middle though. Maybe you could make it so that you can still place cards while the enemies are alive?
It's really well made and good looking. I don't think I understood the whole idea, but it was fun to play as a sandbox. Art looks nice too. Nice one!
why is it so hard wtf
actually really cool game tho
could not find a play button and could not find a way to fly down after holding E, controls disappeared too fast.. lovely idea, would love to try it out again once it's a little more polished!
Thanks for the comment! Noted on the controls disappearing too fast, you should be able to fly up and down as well as other movement only while holding the right mouse button down, like free cam. And the play button should appear after or near the end of the tutorial. If you were after the tutorial could you let me know when the play button disappeared so I can note it as a bug?
Interesting deckbuilding idea. Would have enjoyed it more if the the enemy attacks were faster and also if the cards showed some info.
Cool concept I have never played a game about stacking cards, unfortunately I could never find the play button after I made my tower.
thanks! Are you using an ultra wide monitor by chance? Maybe the resolution pulled the button off the screen :/
nice idea
