A very cool idea, but the controls were challenging, especially switching between the Tetris blocks and the character. I liked the art, and it was engaging.

Wow this is hard!

Juggling the block and the movement with the lava.... ARRAGH!

Liked the art, sound was a little loud for me

Controls too a while to get used to and the blocks spawn very fast as soon as you get like 4-5 high, spend more time moving the blocks that I wanted to at the start.

Would have liked simultaneous controls with mouse or something (though it looks like you were going for controller support).

Great entry and great job for just 2 days!

The idea is very nice and is executed almost to perfection, the art is also very good.

The player might struggle a bit in the start and also maybe you could have made it a bit easy in the start so that the player can get engaged, I died very fast but I wanted to play more (the blocks rotating after fall were hard to manage)

Great game overall, had fun

Please also rate mine :)

Nice little game! The concept works well and the graphics and audio are both really good! As others mentioned, it feels like the controls could use a bit of work, especially on the Tetris side and for swapping between the two modes. Still a  good  package overall for a 48h jam, well done!

Very nice idea, with great graphics, controls, and music. The multi-tasking makes it very challenging to play right, but it has a sweet spot of being difficult and enjoyable at the same time. Well done, Jakob!

Cool concept and beautiful graphics! I struggled initially but you get used to it quickly. I think it could be easier to play with a gamepad using the additional buttons to easily switch and rotate blocks. Congrats :)

I really enjoyed this! the block locking was very fun to use.

I like Go Mecha Ball and when i saw Jakob Wahlberg on the random feed of games from the jam I had to click. It looks really flashy and is a cool idea but i got like 4 rows high maximum haha this is so hard

I saw the game on Twitter and thought that it looks amazing, but unfortunately controls just spoiled the fun for me.

It's a bit confusing to have to to switch between moving blocks and your character, I think that both could've been done simultaneously (eg. WASD for block + EQ for rotation, arrow keys for character).

Also, being able to jump on up arrow key instead of needing to use space would make controls a bit more flexible and intuitive for me personally.

Anyhow, good job for 2 days of work. :D

Love the execution and art style!

After dying a few times and figuring out the controls I was hooked 😁

I love this. As someone who has made both an insane Tetris mashup game and a block-climbing game inspired by Avalanche, I feel like this was made just for me! I've seen a few other games use a similar concept in this jam, but the ability to control the tetris pieces as they fell adds a unique twist.

I loved the style. Great tunes!

Incredible execution for 2 days of development!

I think that it can be a great game for portable consoles or if you add gamepad support. It was really hard for me to get the controls well, specially while having to change the mindset between controlling the character and the pieces. But overall, super stylish and really fun! :)

At first my brain couldn't handle switching between the robot and the blocks, but the learning curve is very sweet

Great idea! And quite a nice realisation in this short dev time! Well done!

Scored about 3000! Felt a bit hard to swap modes and get in the flow of that, I wish I could hard drop the blocks.

It's gorgeous and feels great to play though! Amazing work!

Enjoyable mix between tricky tower and a platformer. Very nice execution, i sucked at it though lol 5/5
