The scaling was super satisfying and it was a great world to exist in. Well done
That was cute :) I thought it was super creative using size to navigate a little maze inside a corrupt cell!
Super cool game! I'm glad you made it
Very fun game! I really liked the corrupted maze-like cells, these small bonus areas keep the gameplay fresh :)
Actually one of the best use of the theme that I saw so far !! Art is also really neat (love the color palette), well done !!
I loved the idea of the virus entering a cell through a maze! One suggestion I have would be if the virus could move faster when it was bigger, I found it really slow when you increased size. Ireally liked all the interesting ideas in the game, very creative, well done!
Interesting, I liked how you could go inside other cells! Movement was a bit slow imo, but all in all a fun entry
nice game, maybe a mute button will help
Yeah i agree. i like to keep my pc volume very low so i didnt see how it could be a problem for others
interesting idea and good application of the theme in the level design!
game is great and the mechanics are cool, the art is also appealing, amazing for learning your game engine the day before lmao
cool virus navigation game!
I really like this games music.
Thank you! Check out the artist on youtube https://www.youtube.com/@Lesiakower/
Really cool concept, I liked this interpretation of the theme! The mechanics are clever, I like the maze idea, but the movement can get quite tedious because of how slow you move. Also, I bugged one of the amoebas, I had two blue cells on it but it didn't eat them. Other than that though, interesting entry :)
Its supposed to spew them out and wait 10 seconds before eating again (to prevent softlock). I forgot to make it visual tho so only i know how it works 💀
Cute graphics, good core mechanic, especially for a first game. For feedback I would say:
Good job!
Wow this is exactly the type of comment i was looking for. Thanks for your feedback!
fun and simple, controls feel nice and responsive "૮₍ ˶•⤙•˶ ₎ა
Cute graphics, nice job!
Thanks!
quite fun! simple yet effective art and has clearly room to expand upon! Really great for your first jam - good job!
Thank you!
Navigating around the world is quite fun; the art is minimalistic and lovely! The little mazes were fun and satisfying. Great job!
Im glad you enjoyed it!
The art is simple but very cute and effective! The idea is interesting and has a lot of room to expand with different cells and mechanics. The movement is too slow for the big open spaces the game has. The neurons sometimes pass their energy twice in a short period of time. This forces you take them apart and try again. A very impressive first game!
I spent hours on that neuron bug but couldnt fix it 😭. Thanks for playing!
Like the art and game idea, shrinking down to solve little mazes was cool. I had a little issue of blue cells vanishing but not getting rid of the amoeba. It was a little slow for my own taste but seems well executed generally!
I agree that its a bit slow paced, especially since the environment is so big. Will keep that in mind in the future. Thanks for the feedback!
