Clever interpretation of the theme and a clever mechanic. Having your decisions affect both the scales and your cards makes it really interesting to play. Great game!
I came for the review, but I actually really enjoyed the game! It could use a bit of rhythm, it felt a bit slow to me, but it was great. I thought I would lose at the last fight for a moment ^^’
The art is good, the gameplay was confusing but fun once you figured it out. This game was a intresting take, and I wanted to beet it, but never got the chance!!
Streamed today!!
The art in this game is absolutely amazing. The hand-drawn, almost heiroglyph-esque aesthetic, the animations, and the sound all contribute to a very good-looking and sounding game. I think the scales mechanic is also very well thought out, and all the items have good uses. This is a very, very good combat system, and I think you could build this up into an amazing RPG if you wanted to.
Hello, composer from the game "Crescendo" here! I absolutely loved this game! The game has a well written story with Egyptian mythology and has amazing game mechanics. The overall feel of the game is well balanced and has a lot of room for strategy, which is something I loved. Definitely an underrated game, and I hope more people try it out! This game definitely has a future post jam, but now I must go beat the final enemy since I almost had her before she killed me!
What an awesome game! It's criminally underplayed going by the amount of ratings and comments. This was definitely one of my favorites of the whole jam. I really love Egyptian mythology, so that made it score another point in my book. Honestly 5 stars across the board from me, really well done!
Great game! I love the idea of balancing getting new goodies over increasing or decreasing the value of ones you already have.
I only wish all the animations and transitions much much faster.
I really liked the design of the game, it has a lot of potential being very addictive
Cool concept, and an clever take on the theme. The turn-by-turn decisions made this game really interesting. Great job.
A really cool and different take on the Weighing of the Heart story! Loved the mix of turn based combat, deck building and choose your own adventure mechanics, backed up by very strong writing, art and design! I really enjoyed playing through this one! Very well done!
Nice little game :
