It’s such a cute and relaxing farming game. The rules are simple, and the random elements keep me playing! :)
Great style and idea! Felt very polished, it was an enjoyable experience :D! Took me a bit to understand the rules to place dominos, but i eventually got it. Congratulation for making this, it's really well made :D
Very fun and comfy game that I could myself sinking hours upon hours into
I was completely engulfed in this game - absolutely loved it! The art is stunning and the music is so chill. But my time was cut short by a unity error which crashed the game T____T
I think the scoring could use some scaling - I got something like 746/196 on round 6 - but maybe I was just too good :') Great entry!
Have you heard of the board game "Kingdomino"?
It's a great idea to take this board game and add 25 new empty cells each time to expand your possessions!
The game looks high-quality and polished - the visuals are beautiful, very good work!
If I start to nitpick, I'll point out the following points:
- there is not enough sound when scoring points, give people dopamine)) I want to hear the coins ringing for my efforts
- in the store, the most useful items seem to be increasing the player's "hand" and increasing the number of discards - buying dominoes seems very random, it's hard for me to estimate how useful they will be to me and whether I will be able to use them
- you didn't tell the player that you can use the mouse wheel to move the camera - I found this by accident, but I could have just abandoned the game on the third round when a new piece of the field appeared outside the screen
Fun little game!
Very cute art style!
Very intuitive and chill game that could definitely be turned into a full game with some tweaks here and there. The numbers certainly scale into bonkers territory when spanning a field across half the map :)
Incredibly clever game! Easy to understand within the first round, but with complexity that could keep me playing for hours.
This was gorgeous. The art style is so nice and the really clean UI iis fantastic well done. I really enjoyed building up my kingdom and working out thee best way to placee everything.
I did get a bit confuseed because sometimes when I placed my 3 iles down o new tiles would show up forcing me to use a discard to refresh them. Ultimately I lost the game because then I pressed discard no new times showed up again. I'm guessing this means I ran out of cards, I'm not sure if I missd it telling me how many I had left but wasn't aware of running out so it really came as a surprise.
Rgardless of thiis the game was excellent and I look forward to playing it again.
This is simply amazing! Beautiful, catchy.
I would love to see more of this! Hope you'll continue working on it
Lovely game and art style, nice job
I love love LOVE the art style so much! As a visual designer, I really strive to have that clean UI and cute art style. So polished, easy to pick up on the side; feels like a polished puzzle strategy game already. Great job on this submission! :)
This scratches my itch as a player. I love Balatro and the likes, I love tile placement games. This is competently made and satisfying to play. I would pay money for a full version of this, with more polish (especially for scoring, sound effects at the very least), and balance (I found it a bit easy). Being able to zoom out would be nice too. BIG shame about the crashes.
Unfortunately crashed, but I would pay for a polished version! Very addicting
This is so well polished, so clean and so addicting, oh my god. Everything works so well and is so satisfying. I literally had to tear myself away after 12 rounds in order to write this and get back to other games, absolutely one of my favourites. Only gripe I have is the audio is a little low and the tooltip seems to prioritise placed tiles over the tiles available to you, but these are tiny issues. Amazing work.
Damn, that was one addicting gameplay. Very enjoyable with clean visuals. My only feedback is that you should increase volume of the game as it was really quiet. Good work.
Great art style, very cohesive and all around high production value for a jam game. I've heard of Balatro, but never heard of Kingdomino and not knowing either of these games it like some sort of tutorial. I think you can actually keep working on this game after the jam, I do see a market for it.
Top score for creativity and style! I'm not very good at these kind of games though, so had a hard time understanding what was going on.
I really enjoyed this game, it's one of my favourites for now. Such a good idea !
Had a few bugs that were a bit frustrating, like my tiles not reloading after using all three (had to use a discard, which would have helped me later on), or the tiles not locking properly when I'm trying to build them.
Maybe the start of the game is a bit overwhelming as you try to figure out the rules, but once you get it it's incredible, to be honest this could be a real sold game, available on steam or something.
This is a huge success, doing all that in a single jam, so congrats ! Of course this could use more feedbacks, like Balatro does, but in so little time it's a full five stars for me :)
