How does your game fit the theme?
We took Einstein's famous quote: God doesn't play with dice and mutated to "God does play with dice". This is a game where the player will impersonate god and can decide the fate of the planet Earth by just rolling two dice.

Did your team create the vast majority of the art during the 48 hours?

No

We used pre-existing art

Did your team create the vast majority of the music during the 48 hours?

Yes

We created the vast majority of the music during the game jam

Interesting concept! It felt like the only way to be able to make it to the pressure pads in time was having the tent be there to move you though which doesn't feel the greatest to play. Having the chicken go nuts on the loading screen by spamming space was great

as it looks like you have heard, the gameplay could be made a bit more intuitive, but other than that it's a clever and funny game. nice job! :)

Submitted

The game takes 1 million years to finish loading.

Developer

hi that's the first time I hear about this problem. What browser are you using? Did you try Firefox?

Submitted

I'm on Microsoft Edge right now.

Developer

I could be that, btw next time I will attach a version that can be downloaded as well. Unfortunately I forgot this time. Lesson learned!

This cockerel crows so that the whole world is covered by a glitch! Funny substitute for God!)
P.S.: It would be very cool if everyone who sees this message would go and honestly evaluate our game. Because we have already rated over 130+ and continue to do so, and our game has only 25 ratings...
Developer

thanks for the feedback 😊

And I have just rated your game too. I can't post messages because I have locked my account in that sense. Unfortunately I left some messages with similar wording which is against itch rules. Lesson learned.

My best good luck for your game!

Probably a cool idea, but to be frank I didn't really understand how it works even after reading the description. The game also lagged a bit. It was cool how you could see things happening on earth though.

Took me a minute to figure out but had some fun with it in the end. I think there are some issues with presentation where you can’t really see what’s happening with the world most of the time, but the ideas are cool :)

Relaxing game, took a second for me to understand, but when i did, i enjoyed it! rated (4/4/4)

Developer(+1)

Happy that you got how it works at first attempt. I must admit I am not a big fun of tutorials, maybe because I am an old tool, coming from the old commodore 64 school where I passed hours of my early life trying to understand most of the enigmatic little games designed for that little lovely machine. Thank you for the comment again and I will give a go to your project too❤️

After reading an instruction managed to enjoy it! Well made! Good job!

Nice on the theme, as someone who likes puns your game's title grabbed my attention!

The gameplay is a little bit confusing to me, I wasn't sure what to do after reading the instructions, and I'm still unsure about the game's goal.

Despite that, nice visuals and audio, and good job on the creativity!

Very unique, very wild! Love it!

Hi there,

I really enjoy your creative take on the theme of the jam! I think that flipping a quote on it's head is a super neat way to interpret the theme, and there's a lot of potential here. As a couple other comments mentioned, the instructions could've stood to be a bit clearer, but I really like your idea!

Submitted(+1)

Love the concept and the unique controls!

Developer

Thank you! I have rated your game as well! Good luck!

Dear Kingpengstudio,

the name of the game got me really hyped, what a great idea. Then I started playing and was really confused. So I went back and read the page. With the new knowledge, I went back to the game and guessed a few numbers right. I'm still confused. Anyway, the visual and sound design is very good, I hope you can tell us more about the game mechanics!

Developer(+1)

Thanks for the review! I tried to write some instructions on the main page. The next time I will focus more on a mini tutorial explaining the mechanic of the game. I will now rate your game; I cannot review it because I have accidentally locked my account so I cannot post comments. I think I have posted multiple time the same comments :-( lesson learned!

I know that feeling. In one jam, I was rushing to finish the tutorial literally fifty minutes before the final countdown! Thank you for playing my game as well. I hope you enjoyed it!

This is an interesting concept, although as many others here I too was confused about the objective. I recommend that you add instructions to either your game description or to your game (which of course you can only do after the jam, so try the description). That might help you get good reviews from non-confused players.

My bad, I meant just add instructions to the game then for players like me who didn't read the description, sorry about that.

Submitted(+1)

Nice visuals, but i have no idea what i'm supposed to be doing :P

Developer

I have wrote some instrucitons in the main page unfortunately I had no time to prepare a mini tutorial :-(

Thanks for playing the game!

Funny looking game! It wasn't really clear what happened exactly when you did not guess right. Also when the teleporter disappeared, I couldn't make it to the guess area in time.

Besides that an interesting concept.

Hi thanks for playing the game! There was no time to make a tutorial but I have left some instructions in the main page of the game. The tent is supposed to disappear, in my view that's a way to obstacle the god chicken by guessing the dice result. It's like: not even God can beat the fate, or something like that :-)

Submitted(+1)

hahaha am I a godly chicken?
very creative but I am a bit confused about the objectives

Developer(+1)

Hi thanks for playing the game! There was no time to make a tutorial but I have left some instructions in the main page of the game trying to help the players the best I can without the risk of spoiling the game.

Nice game, bit strange but I liked it :)

Developer

Thank you!

I just wanted to thanks all people rating and reviewing our project so far. I will reply to your messages and reciprocate the game review as soon as I can!

You have been really great so far and all those reviews positive and negative together are extremely precious to us!

❤️❤️❤️

Good entry, although I didn't really understand where things were, and I didn't understand how to save the world. If you can make the tutorial more clear, that would help a lot!

Developer

Hi thanks for playing the game! There was no time to make a tutorial but I have left some instructions in the main page of the game.  Basically when you guess if the sum of two dice is above  or below 6 then you save the planet otherwise....boooom!
