Pretty fun idea behind the game and a good amount of polish. Nice jam game!

This game is great, fits the theme literally, and really nice sound effects + music to tie it all together but I wish it was a little more streamlined, also more camera control would be nice as it gets hard sometimes to see what im doing, I love the concept and it generates these weird cool patterns, for now my high score is 22 but if you make this a little easier to play like a smaller screen or maybe even make a tiny standalone application like minesweeper in Objective C and machine code, I would definitely play it a lot like I do with minesweeper. how did you even get those satisfying dice noises

This is the kind of game I would play on the bus, it's relaxing and casual!

It was fun to play, good job :)

Really fun to play and you really have to be careful not to get traped.

very interesting idea indeed.

could do with a short tutorial for blockheads like me. Otherwise i'd say its a done deal

A very interesting idea! I think the rules wording needs some improvement: I thought “red neighbour must be larger” means that when you place a new dice, it’s red neighbour should be larger than the dice you placed, and similarly with the blue neighbours. Took me quite a while to figure out that it’s exactly the opposite! The rules in the game description are pretty clear btw, it’s just the in-game rule description. Anyways, interesting concept, enjoyed it, good job!

Thanks for the elaboration on the rules. I was conscious it could be read in both ways, but I was having a hard time wording it. Good to know those in the description are clearer, I'll take that into consideration!

Thanks for playing, glad you enjoyed it!

Spent a good amount of time playing because I was just having fun, it’s a very nice and comfy game, I would try it irl if I had that many dices

edit: I forgot to say my highest score was 32 :>

Developer(+1)

That would be a lot of dice to have at hand! But you know, if packaged as such, it could work as a board game. interesting :) giving me ideas !

Your score is amazing, well done! in fact it made me try harder and I managed to reach 36 now!
Thanks for the kind words and pushing me to new heights!

Feels polished

Wonderful! Love the artstyle, the music fits very well, and overall a very polished entry. Interesting puzzle mechanics, lead to some unique challenges in trying to decide where the best locations were. Loved the added touch of highlighting where the current die could be placed as well as blocked spots, communicated the nuance of the game's rules in an easy to understand visual way.

Thank you! its been an interesting experience to make the game. Its been a lot of cutting and simplifying (like reverse feature creep) but I think it all converged into a more concise and enjoyable experience. At first many of the highlights weren't there, finding the spot would be on the player. but its was a lot of work and time consuming. I feel highlighting the possible spots help focus on what really matters: clever positioning.

I was also hoping it would help grasping the rules since it "forces" you to abide by them (until you eventually fully grasp it and its subtleties)
wont work for everyone but I like to think it helps!

Such an awesome entry!

The visuals and sound are perfect imo, they nail a simple puzzle vibe.

The music and sounds are nice without ever getting annoying or repetitive, and the visuals are so clear and precise. Very well done!

The gameplay is very thoughtful, avoiding making reds is really fun! The RNG aspect of it is actually to its benefit too! makes the game very repayable and adds alot. one big flaw is the existence of the 1 < and the 6 >. I think removing those would add alot to the game.

Just seriously fun all around.

Great work!

Thanks for the kind words!
I am glad you found the game fun and compelling.

Your feedback on >6 and <1 is thoughtful and interesting. It is certainly something I will take into consideration!

Thank you!

Great!

The name doesn't lie, it's easier than I would expect to get trapped. I love this concept.
