Did you work in a team?
Team of 4. One split developer/artist, one dedicated to music and sound effects, one dedicated to level design, and one who helped with a little of everything. This was our first game jam that was longer than 72 hours and had a much different vibe. We had a lot of fun making this silly game.
Was the resolution a challenge?
We created the mechanics around the resolution, so things fell into place quite naturally. We originally wanted bigger levels and a scrolling view, but the fixed-screen ended up being the better way to go and made us explore the core of the puzzle mechanics more thoroughly.

Brilliant. I enjoyed playing this game a lot. It reminded me somewhat of playing Trainyard on iOS which has a similar mechanic and which I loved.
This was the most bizarre game I've played so far in the jam. :) 5/5 for the gameplay on this. Simple, fun, and a lot of levels.

Third : this game is absolute genius. Taking this optional theme and turning it into a refreshing little game with a lot of Game and Level Design skills involved : I'm simply amazed ! Even tho I feel like you maybe could have put more details into the sprites, letting the player imagination interprets all of this may have made this even more disturbing ahah.

Fun! It was a nice twist on the standard sliding block game that gave the puzzles room to be much more interesting. I may never eat a hot dog again.
the music was great. the sound effects and grease trails are Deeply Upsetting but i have to give top marks regardless because you found the threshold between gross and unplayable. most of the puzzles were pretty easy, but there are some interesting ideas here. good work to all involved
Thanks for playing! Finding that balance between challenging is frustrating, so these mostly ended up being pretty easy. I think I'd rather be on that side of things than to make people frustrated, though.
This was disturbing and beautiful. The puzzle/level design is absolute genius - especially the way it teaches you how the new elements work seamlessly while you play. A work of art.
that slimy dog animation is disgusting, well done. Picked up because it looked funny, enjoyed the puzzles.

The graphics were disturbing in a way, but I was really impressed with how the hot dog's slime pattern varied depending on the toppings.

Hey, this was absolutely disgusting, but also hilarious and addictive. I was surprised by how many levels there were and how much I wanted to keep playing. That rolling hot dog sound....
This game is slimey in the best way! It's a really creative puzzle game and it was worth going all the way through. music felt a bit repetitive and would have been nice to have a bit more detail on the pixel art, but it was easy to get into and the levels got progressively more challenging and fun. Great job, totally worth playing all the way through!

I got caught up in the animation and never went back to add more detail to the actual art itself. We had a lot of fun making this game - so I'm happy to see folks are enjoying it, as well.
