Did you work in a team?
Just me :)

Was the resolution a challenge?
Unity physics rigidbodies colliding AND snapping to a 64x64 grid is that hardest thing I ever got working in a jam.

What did you learn?
I figured out the BEST way to reward players for completing a platformer with awkward controls, you'll have to play to find out though :)

Really fun and well made! The the core mechanic is really good, though mashing the arrow keys to move gets quite tedious. Jumping around feels really cool and the music cues to your health level is wonderful. The level desing and ending are great too, bravo!

Cool game! I loved the end stretch, super fun and rewarding. Those top scores are wild, I can't even imagine touching those! Nice job!

what a creative main mechanic! it’s easy to learn but hard to master, and i love that. well done!

Really lovely game, I wasn't expecting the mechanic to get so strategic in its usage. One pixel per tap movement with a hard to aim jump sounds horrible but the way the game is set up everything just works. The audio cues were very good at indicating that you were about to heat up and die. Ending was very satisfying, game was the perfect length.

This is dark souls of slug games

Nice game! I did have a problem with movement at the start but i got the hang of it

I love this game! The movement is good and the ending is amazing

This is probably the most complete game in the jam, its all full circle, great job.

Super neat idea! It was very satisfying the way you approached the ending! :)

Very clever use of the platforming mechanics, i love how the music changes with yo health, simple graphics but really good

The gameplay was quite original and fun. Once I learned how jumping works with the angles I was flippin all over the place. Very fun! I wish I didn't have to mash my arrow keys so much though.

Great job with collisions and I loved the alteration in the music as my poor slug was slowly kicking the bucket. Fun!

Very smooth gameplay :D
And I liked music a lot. Moving with the beat was cool. Got 17m 8.77s result )

Good job on working on pixel perfect collider, I personally could not beat them

Really like it! Apart from wearing out the > key on my computer, I have no complaints :D

Works really well, top marks.

Gosh I nearly gave up ! That was a silly but fun game. Might have a spot of RSI now though mind you!

Brilliant stuff, really enjoyed. For those giving it a go, it's got a bit more than you might expect if you keep at it :)

Played through the whole thing. Getting to the end is totally worth it. The concept of controlling a slug is a novel concept and fits in a rage game really well. Using the audio to indicate the players health is a pretty cool idea and really adds to the tension when you're at low health as you don't know exactly how many moves before you die, making it all the more satisfying when you reach a checkpoint.

Well designed game!

I really like the movement, really unique. I would have loved it if the music progressed with your little steps but I get it was time sensitive. Overall, I had a lot of fun!

Very satisfying conclusion, and generally a well-designed game. I liked the use of changing visuals and music to represent the health bar.
