Loved this game. It is so reminiscent of a number of classic car games I loved when I was a younger person in the late 80's early 90's. Classic feel of Skidmarks, and top down iso of micro machines. Nice.
Polished game by Ben! I love it, your driving simulation feels like in go-karts, especially on the more complex tracks, where you really should utilise acceleration and brakes wisely and you have to remember the track to nail it. The AI is great, it is pretty challenging to beat the computer, but few times I managed to do so! The game looks obviously beautiful with tiny stylized pixels and sprite-stacked car that I wouldn't know is stacked if I wouldn't follow your progress :D It really looks like tiny 3D, eventually pixelated later on. Great effect! And tracks are amazing, with vibrant colors. Damn, even tire marks are awesome, spiced up with nice sound effects!
I was wondering is it a "3D cars over 2D map" projection or not, and it turned out it's a sprite-stacked car, such an old-school trick. Looks cool!
Quite a solid game, it was fun to play. I'd suggest to decrease the amount of laps from 12 to 6 or even less to make a game session shorter. Maybe make an option to let the player to choose. And to increase lifespan of the nitro boost, it wasn't enough to me to get considerable advantage.
Pretty convenient controls, the car feels good to handle. Vibrant graphics, everything is in its place. Reminded me of some racing games on SEGA. Great job!

The mix of 2D tiles and voxel trucks works surprisingly well!
Yeh lovely feeling. gives a bid that go card fibes to it. liked the diffrent tracks. well done game. only connection with the theme a bid absent. but verry enjoyable game. that is more important
Very polished! The artwork, music and sound effects are great. The driving mechanic worked quite well, and I liked the fact that you included several different tracks. As you mentioned, it doesn't seem too connected to the theme, but otherwise, a decent game!
