I had a very good time with the game ! The art, sound design and music really create a chill experience. Well done !
I really like how enjoyable this is for the simplicity of it. the core of the game is literally just a rotating planet and a tree, and it works cause of the nice art/music/progression system. i don't have any substantial critiques, this is a really great prototype. i mean i could say oh what if you added this or that but im sure you have plenty of ideas. you did really well quickly hashing out the most important bits of the game. honestly in terms of the scope of this jam you could've even left out the mechanisms and just had a rotating planet, tree, pick and water for the tree. but you actually added a bunch of working mechanisms too! thanks for entering, good to see nice projects like this! by the way, im curious whether you used stock sfx/music or not, for no particular reason other than im curious lol
Thank you for your detailed comment! The SFX were made using bfxr and the music is from a pack i bought from Ovani Sound.
Super cool game, super fun and unique concept!
This is such a fun game. It left me wanting more!
Really cool game! Wondering if there is something past the victory screen probably not but I wanted to play even more haha it had me hooked good job on this. Only complaint for me was that the sound effects were a little rough on my ears but that might just be me there was an option to mute only them so not a big deal.
I really liked the concept, my only regret: that there weren't more improvements :)
The design is really nice and juicy! It's a bit complicated to read the game at the end when there are too many asteroids, but other than that it's perfect!
If you could try and rate my game, I'd be grateful!
Great looking game, and it plays so nicely. Very polished nice work!
Really enjoyed the game! Feels like it could be the sort of cozy game you can just log onto after work or school and wind down to ^^
Really simple and cute! I love the concept, and slowly automating more and more of the planet until it can grow completely independently of you is very satisfying! I walked away for a bit and managed to get up to 1,200 rock and over 500 water.
I kind of wish there was a way to remove structures you've placed, but it's really great work regardless! Well done!
Very nice game, relaxing, beautiful, a nice balance between simplicity and mechanics.
I'm sorry, of course, I'm not good at writing comments and reviews. I'll just express my impressions as best I can))
The game is cool, meditative, without running around and unnecessary movements. Cool!
Woww this game is amazing, from art style to sounds to gameplay it was really fun and polished, especially regarding the short amount of time you've made it in. Felt so betrayed when I found out I was stranded though :(
Thank you! And don't worry, the people at EARF are trying very hard to send a ship over to take you to your next planet...
This was really fun to play! Well-designed, aesthetically and mechanically, along with a fun progression loop. Awesome stuff!
Thanks! I always like hearing what other game developers have to say about my games as I try to put a lot of thought into the design, which the average gamer wouldn't initially take note of.
This is purely genius!
I loved the vibe of The little prince that your game is inherited.
The melancholic feeling mixed up with the sense of big work is perfect.
Thank you for that experience
You are so very welcome. I used to have the little prince read to me when I was younger and i'll be honest I completely forgot it existed, but somewhere in my subconscious must have reminded me of the concept. I'm glad my game impacted you so much, it really means a lot.
Amazing, not only mechanically but also visually. With more options and some story, his could be expanded into a full game! Some small changes that could improve this game even more: the possibility of removing/changing places of things you built, and also being able fully navigate the game with keys (I needed to click to exit the settings menu). But these are only small details, the rest is incredibly good!
Thank you so much for the feedback! I'll fix both those issues in a future update for sure.
This is very very good I loved the music visuals everything, it was so cute and chill and fun the tree was beautiful!Thank you so much! I spent almost 2 hours making all the different tree sprites so its nice to hear it paid off lmao
Absolutely wonderful game. I felt elated when the tree grew green.
super relaxing and enjoyable! id play a longer version of this for sure. genuinely 5 stars all round
good job dude, i enjoyed it tons!!! got 500 blue orbs and then i moved on with my life.
