Classic formula in a lovable Neuro theme, had fun!
Full power made me feel powerful :)
Fun game, don't quiet understand the alternate mode though.
Alternate mode slows your movement, shows you your hitbox, and changes the way you fire! You can use it when dodging some hard patterns or when you want to focus down one enemy
I like vertical shooters like these, but it seems very difficult to reach the end with any points. :P
Usually bullet hell shooters use a much smaller hitbox (or hurtbox I guess) than the size of the character so you can graze between bullets easier. The variety of enemy and bullet patterns is pretty good otherwise. I liked the art too.
The hitbox is smaller though? You can see it if you hold shift, the white part is your hitbox!

I did a little better with that knowledge, but I still can't beat Vedal without taking a hit. 😂

That's a nice game! I liked how art and music are done and work together.
One bug I noticed: first try I started as Neuro and no enemies spawned. Left to menu and started as Evil and everything went as intended.
I'll look into this after the game jam is over!

Maybe it would have been cool to have some invulnerability after the deaths because I kept getting killed over and over again without being able to move.
