Incredibly unique and well-made game! I love all the little details like the fish in the background and the particle effects. And of course, a banger of a soundtrack :D

All I have to say is that I got addicted to this game. Well done!

Love the graphics and the mechanics are very fun to play and a very good idea

Really fun and unique game, I spent a lot more time with it than I probably should have. The visual and audio design is really great, and the game feels very polished all around! Great work!

Glad you enjoyed it. Thanks for playing! <3

I didn't want to stop playing this!  I was jamming out the whole time.  This was really well done.  My one critique would be that there wasn't a lot of point to focusing on the orders and what the orders preferred.  That's okay though, because I was still jammin'!  Nice job!

Developer(+1)

I'm glad you enjoyed my game!

Selling favourites will double their effectiveness while disliked plants will halve it. Maybe a better scoring system could add some more incentive.

Thanks for the feedback and thanks for playing <3

Very awesome for a jam, I'm super impressed how the timing felt really fair the entire time. After I harvested a few coral (had to slam an order with just one to see how it felt - it felt good), I left it running for a while and the orders starting piling off the screen. Had a great time.

Only suggestion would be a victory or failure state, but it was nice that it tracked how many orders I had completed.

Developer

Yeah, a victory or failure screen would be nice. Too bad that's an additional scene I would have to create and add animations for and I was low on time and sanity.

Thanks for the feedback! Glad you enjoyed!

A fun take on the theme for sure! A nice change to all the gardens, meadows and seeds. And - a different genre of game entirely, though I suppose music based is expected of the great Agent Jo!

Really enjoyed playing the game, graphics were cute, music was lovely and it really had a great feel to it!

One thing I would like to see would be the option to turn down the in game music a little just to hear the clicker a bit better, as I found testing it on different speakers/headphones affected how audible the clicker was to my ear.

Thanks got jamming with us Jo! Great game :)

Developer

That's precisely why it's an underwater theme! Game feel was my main priority this time around. Sfx helped a lot.

Didn't consider different speaker systems. Will add a slider to the main menu next time.

Thanks for the review!

The main mechanic is sooo coool, I love it ^^

loved, had some fun playing

This is a great concept with a very nice polish, but the music for me was not synced I could not really click in time :( Sadly I couldnโ€™t test it all, because it was a matter of luck for me to get the notes. Maybe a bit more leniency in the timing would have been enough to cover eventual lag (both due to the setup and to the low reflexes of some people ๐Ÿ˜…)

Developer

The delay is unfortunate. Might be a problem with WebGL in the browser version. The leniency is up to the max (with the exception of the red algae).

Thanks for the feedback!

Very fun honestly, I like the combination of order fulfillment and rhythm.  Feels already like a robust system that you could expand upon for ages.  Idk if it's a problem with my computer (my gpu is terrible) or just the html version but there's some weird delay with the visuals and the sound for me, which really threw me off and took me a while to get used to.  Overall extremely polished entry.  Great music bro, I'm looking forward to buying your game when it comes out on steam!

Developer

Thank you!

The delay might be a problem with WebGL having worse performance as it runs great on my machine. Will add a delay slider next time!

Nice. Rythm games are hard for me, but this was nicely done.

Nice variety of beats. Red algae is definitely the hardest plant out of all of them for me personally. First rhythym game I've seen for this jam, and it's pretty addictive. Thanks for the game!

Developer(+1)

I'm surprised the red algae was the hardest for so many people. It allowed one mistake per pattern but I made a mistake so it's somewhat rare to happen.

Thanks for the feedback!

Absolutely amazing! Love the unique design and the thought of going into a rhythm game (one of my much loved genres). Wish we could do something with the coins, but apart from that love it!

Submitted(+1)

Well done ! I think I have a bad rythm, red plants are already too hard to complete for me haha but I like the concept, the music and the graphics !

Pretty fun finished all plants and i want more, so maybe graphics could be better, but everything else is 5 stars!
