Not a bad attempt.

haha cool thanks for that

Thank you for playing. The helmet was there to silence the music and show the hidden lanterns used to unlock the doors. I definitely needed some more polish around the indicators. These things just sneak up on you haha

This is an awesome entry. A lot done for a gam jam , nice work

Crazy how polished this is. Really good job here, game is a lot of fun!

Nice one here, I really had a good time evading all the obstacles. A lot of fun

Thank you, the music is made by my brother, he is genius there haha. Yes, there was a lot of feedback indictors that would take the game to the next level. Have a new respect for platformers haha

The helmet was there to show the hidden lanterns and turn down the music as well as disable your damage.  Another week or so I would of just spent really tightening the polish.

A jump shot! +5 skill haha nice one :) thank you for playing

Haha yeah, there is the point of no return. Thank you for playing :)

Fun game, nice job here.

Some solid concepts here. I agree a lot with the comment below.

Maybe some fires scattered out so the you could reset your timer.

I tried the web version and the dice roll was not working. So I clicked around and I could see what the goal was. Yeah roll dice, and we use these to get some resources. I love that. Sadly the exe also not working.

But I wanted to say that is looks good and the idea is really really good. I think there is a lot of potential in a game loop like this. 5/5 Originality!

I will also be waiting for your web version.

5/5 Audio loved it, and the intensity increase was awesome. Fun game nice one!

I had a lot of fun playing this. The tempo increase was a nice touch. Good job here!

Ninja assassin mode you say haha Thanks so much :)

Yeah this is very cool. Started to see if there was and end to the boost and unlocked flying haha then I was having even more fun.

haha game jam games am I right. Yeah the boss fight needed some love. I felt I had betrayed him when I didn't even make him face the right direction... ( me sharpening my samurai sword )

We figuring this out. Gave it another go.  I changed it to wasd. Then taking it slow I saw that the inputs are just lagging. Like a second behind. This is probably because I have the most budget back alley pc hahaha Manage to get through with some good timing let me tell you haha

It is clear to me that you are my soul mate/friend because my wife would attack me if had another soul mate hahaha

So I have this memory of when I was a kid. My friend and I are playing a game, and man are we playing. Up until 4am determined. Level after level you know what I am saying. So much fun!
Dude then I asked so many people, no one knows. I cant remember the name. I am googling penguin ice brick breaker... nothing. It seemed as if this game only existed in my mind.

And now you, you have closed the gap. Thank you!! Ice Climber what a great game. All the memories coming back.

I wanted this game to have that gameplay. I thought is was so much fun.

I agree with the movement. Making a platformer has shown me a lot. You can tweak a lot and really spend a good amount of time just reworking the movement.

This was a journey haha but thank you again

Dave thank you! You know there is a story here. I entered my first jam, and it was a rollercoaster. When I submitted it I had this feeling of completion. It was a silly game, but yes a candle had been lit.  (que arc of small projects training for the next jam). This was it. 10 Jams ago I entered in and now I am back... with another silly game haha

Comparing the 2 jams and looking back at then vs now, puts a smile on my face. When I play really good games in the jam I get even more excited, like I am powering up! haha anyways...

Yeah I agree, there was a lot more I wanted to put in with regards to battle feedback. You know to give that sweet sweet platformer feedback.

The final boss, thank you! I appreciate you getting there and really trying it out. The final boss did need more. You activate the 2 lanterns, that stuns him for 4 seconds. This gives you the chance to attack him. He also had too much life haha tweaks that will be made

That goes a long way, thank you. Yeah you right about the characters. Haha there is a funny story there. Damn creating enemies turn out to be its own anime side arc hahaha Thanks for the feedback

Yeah, I change the sensitivity setting, I could see that there was a difference, though  the star would bounce around more than move in the direction of my input.

That is really awesome of you, thank you!

Nice submission.

I like the card survival idea. This has potential as a game.

This was a lot of fun. Right down my ally. Could happily keep playing level after level if there we more. Music is also bad ass. Nice one

Yeah I needed to put an indicator of sorts. Hit the light on the candy cane to activate it, just be careful you cannot attack bricks or enemies when your helmet is activated. Thank you for playing<3

Big fan of clicker games, really like this. Couldn't prevent myself freezing. Couldn't see what else I could do after I got the fire up.

Champion, thank you for playing

A bit laggy but not a nice idea.

I am the ultimate tracker! Really calming game and love the little bells. Had me shuffling through the trees haha Great job here

I like the idea. Had some challenges with the movement. Tried the different options but didn't seem to be responsive.

really cool, had a lot of fun playing it

Some very calming music. Was cool to run around as a hare. Foot trails also a good idea. Nice one

This game game had me going into my flow state! The child of Realm of the mad god. Good job here!

This is really cool, I like you take. Winning as a team! haha nice job here

Really like this. I am a big fan of arcade styles. Great submission

Thanks so much :)

Like the clicker meets rhythm! Really cool take.
