the gameplay loop was highly enjoyable, music and sfx were and its litterely soooo addicting.

Fated Hero's itch.io pageGame's Take on the Theme
I have created an Incremental Adventure Idle Clicker style game which was my original "SPIN" on the game jam theme, but I have also incorporated an essence of chance into the game with spinning wheels that determine the Hero's Fate. I hope you enjoy!
Did your team make the majority of the art and music during the jam?
No, I used free assets from either the Unity Asset Store or from Itch.io Game Assets
If not, please link to any asset packs or resources used here.

I can see this one getting me addicted SO EASILY. It felt good leveling up and to see my character shred up the enemies. I did not played until it became full idler, but it was still an amazing experience. Game's super polished :) Very well done, especially for a solo dev!
Very addictive. Also the text help tips that explain everything are sooo nice. I feel like sometimes games like this can just be overwhelming cause you don't know what upgrades do. I felt the tips explained all the upgrades nicely! Well done. Probably spent the longest on this game just trying to progress haha
This is the only idle game I've come across so far for this jam, and it's nicely done! It felt overwhelming at first with so many things on the screen, but it being an idle clicker allowed me to slowly see what was going on, and I started enjoying it after that! Went to cut up an apple to eat while my character farmed :D. Well done!
I am a sucker for idle clicker games. It's too easy to get sucked in. This game feels polished and has quite a bit of content. I played this game for quite a while!
It takes some time to get into the game since the game throws so many interfaces at you.
Completely addictive incremental gameplay. I love incremental games so this was right up my alley. The UI was a little intimidating at first but once I got into it I was thrilled by how robust the systems were. Definitely spent longer playing this than any other jam game so far. Really good stuff!
This game really caught my attention! I spent over an hour playing it, I thought it was really good, I even left the computer to do something and let it farm hahaha. I see great potential in it, maybe enlarging certain parts where the font is too small would help a lot! I could see all the enthusiasm and dedication you had for this game, congratulations on your project!
Even though the assets are from Unity and itch.io game assets, they fit together really well, especially with the game's style. The visuals really remind me of some classic idle clicker games.
A clicker game?!?!? I didn't expect that!
It's a little complicated at the start but you get the hang of it after reading all the instructions. It's fun, I like the "REVERSE FATE" button, as you can go back to the last one and don't instantly lose, lol!
I could really see a downloadable version of this game and letting it run on the background of my PC while I do work, lmao.
Good job!
The game fits perfectly with the theme of destroying as many bosses as possible. Perfect
Very solid incremental/clicker game. Good Job!
Is this a freaking auto-clicker! Super funny take on the boss rush genre I love it! Obviously, you're limited mechanically but I'm all for it
Fun enough game though I didn't have time to go through it. Might've left it on in the background if unity had supported it. I don't play clickers often or really like them but this one was worth playing. You should too
Idle cookie clicker style gambling game where the spinning wheel determines your fate! Very cool idea and the upgrade system makes me curious what the next upgrade is, makes me want to keep clicking.
My favorite game, absolutely love everything in it, could defo use an autoclicker haha, amazing work!
I played an earlier version of this, and I'm so happy to see the finished version! Great job on the clicker game formula; I had a blast.
appreciate you taking the time to play! Wish I could’ve gotten some of my bugs worked out ahead of the deadline implementing the systems for fated magics broke a lot of things and it is hard to complete the game right now at the current scaling so getting that in a better spot for the fully finished game. As a first time game dev anything helps though so much appreciated!
- Noted Bugs I Couldn't fix before the Deadline but have updates coming for:
- Invincibility shield from Fated Magics not acting as intended.
- Have this fixed in an update coming soon.
- Damage and healing scaling hits a soft wall about halfway through progressing in the City
- I have scaled values behind the scenes to improve this and speed up the gameplay progression in this area.
- Also plan on implementing a Prestige/Ascension system to restart progress with more power
- Intellect on Fated Magics wheel showing negative value when left idle too long building up points.
- I have corrected this and ready for next update.
- Crashing bug when transitioning from City zone to the Castle zone after defeating Demon Army Captain.
- I have fixed this in a recent update but not in this build.
- Invincibility shield from Fated Magics not acting as intended.
