OOOooooo super fun game! I really like the design of it, the UI is amazing! I could never get past a few bosses, some are really hard but maybe my gaming skills need to get better haha! The shooting recoil thrusting me back is hard to handle, I sometimes used it to dodge attacks though. Congrats on a fun game! Feel free to try our game if you like!
Thank you very much for playing and for the feedback!
had fun playing this one! i do wish there was a fullscreen option for convenience but otherwise enjoyed the gameplay, upgrade system, and visuals/sound you put into this. really well polished! could definitely see myself playing this one for a while.
Thank you very much. There is a fullscreen button in the options(in menu or pause screen)

That’s a simple and very fun game, I loved it. The art and sound are amazing too, and there are so many attributes to choose from. Great job!
Thank you :)
Love this game ! Wonderful work on it.
Thank you so much!
I'M AMAZED! This is an insanely good game—I don't even know what to praise specifically because ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING is done so well! Incredible work, just incredible!
I'm glad you liked it :).
I really like the space theme, the tutorial helps a lot and I have to sya the shooting is really fun touch as it impulses us too, I rate graphics over the rest but all is cool, also if you have time, please rate my game too, thanks!!
Thank you very much. I'll play your game tomorrow :)
Really fun and polished game!
Really liked the combat, upgrade system paricles, art and sound!
Really good!
Thanks :)
Well- the game is good, but not as a boss rush, and not as a spin themed boss rush
theme is clearly underused, sooo, it's a little hard to rate the game, shooting stuns you kinda which makes it frustrating to hit the boss, if we don't count the fact that you have almsot no time to react to anything, or even be able to just dodge, a dash would have made the game a lot more playable, maybe i missed something about how we play the game, which would be completely possible
HUD is pretty cool and the animation is clean, but i really feel like by seeing the other comments that i missed something about the game
the upgrade system is pretty cool tho, also, why is the background terrain without collision? this game leaves me more confused that anything but yeah maybe i'm dumb
Well, the way I interpreted 'spin' was the rotation of the ship relative to the mouse. (Some ships have slower or faster rotation speeds) and some elements of the game, like orbiting planets (which are cards you can collect). Additionally, there are planets that implicitly relate to rotation/spin/orbits.
The idea was to make the player balance the moments of dodging attacks, attacking, and collecting resources. Unfortunately, it may not have worked for you.
The background has no collision because, as I said, it is the background of the scenery. And since it is set in space, I thought it would be strange to have a visible wall, so I designed it the way I did (lines appearing as you approach the edge of the scene). It was an artistic choice, but I understand that it might cause confusion.
"A boss rush is a game where there's one objective — kill as many bosses as possible. There's no finding the bosses, no exploring the whole level, no going through obstacles, none of that, only bosses."
The goal of my game is to kill the Boss to progress in the game. The small planets can be seen as obstacles, but they are part of the Boss.
My game may not be the best fit for the theme, I agree with you, but I believe it meets the requirements to be considered one.
I appreciate you playing and thank you for the feedback. Sorry for the confusion.
Impressive as hell, if you showed me this without any context I would never guess it was made for a game jam. I can't think of anything I didn't like. Bullet hell is always nice, the gameplay are graphics are great and I really enjoyed the "small planets spawning" mechanic, since it adds this "should I let more spawn to get money or should I just hurry killing the boss in case I mess up?" factor.
...I really hope the infected planets aren't, you know, inhabited.
It was exactly the feeling I wanted to convey. I'm really glad you liked it :).
The matter about the planets is, you know, confidential...
This is an absolute game jam masterpiece! I ended up speding way more time on it than expected and constantly wanted to keep playing over and over. The music and artstyle remind me of Terraria (really high quality) and it overall feels very polished. The only minor inconvenience was the wall sprites in the level, they made it seem like the level was way smaller and were a bit disorienting.
Thank you very much for playing and for the feedback!
Honestly, arcade style games are always fun to play. Though this one had me on it for so long. The art and polish of the game is incredible.
Thank you :)
Fun game! Very arcade like, of course with rogue like aspects as well, which I enjoy a lot.
Had a bug on the html version where all text of the upgrades overlapped, so I didn’t know what I was picking, but I chose based on the icon instead.
Bosses were fine, though they didn’t really feel like bosses too much as they weren’t really the focus of my attention. Instead I was farming the smaller planets while dodging the bullets to the best of my ability. Maybe the importance of the bosses could be increased if the smaller planets interacted more with the boss (and their bullets).
Overall, I had a good time playing! It’s already very well made, and with some extra content and changes I could see it turning into a rogue like/lite (multiplayer might be fun) or an incremental game.
Would you be able to show me a picture of the bug? Unfortunately, the HTML version doesn't seem to support the fonts correctly in some cases. That's why I also provided the executable version.
I agree with you. I was afraid of making the boss too strong and making the game too difficult, since the small planets can get in the way, and that ended up causing this.
I'll improve this in a future update ;)
Anyway, thank you so much for playing.
Of course! Here you go:
