How does your game fit the theme?
Ghostly Graveyard aligns with the theme of "calm before the storm." The game starts in a seemingly peaceful graveyard, but as players progress, they uncover a sinister secret and multiple endings
Did you write all the code and made all the assets from scratch?
Yes, I wrote all the code for Ghostly Graveyard using Construct 3. I also created most of the game assets, including the characters, backgrounds, and sound effects.

Nice art and music, the gameplay is simple but fit with the game, and the story is great. Nice work <3
cool game, cute art style, simple mechanics. Interesting effects
Really cute!
It's said that there was some story that would progress whilst playing, but by the time one of the characters suspected that they were in a loop, it definitely felt going in a loop but not in a good way. The game loop quickly lost its edge when repeated through every character and through every level, especially when nothing but the coin requirement increased by measly one at a time. This simply results in gameplay that doesn't hook the player with any emotion and especially doesn't fit strongly with the core theme even though the idea suggests that it should.
This would be a situation where the aesthetics would more than make up for the gameplay's shortcomings, but they sadly don't. The art style doesn't look cohesive, the soundtrack is substandard even for a mellow spooky theme, and the story, as explained before, rarely picks up steam to hook the player.
I apologize if this comment turned out condemning, but when playing, I simply did not find any appeal nor direction this game was trying to go for, and it suffered as a boring experience as a result.
There were a lot of things achieved in this game which is amazing. Different perspectives were surprising.
Assets look great.
Great work!
Good idea good story but gameplay is a bit boring.
Really cool concept! However it should've been shorter because like other people said, it seems endless!
I really liked how the characters switched as you progressed through the story, mechanics were simple but fun, maybe it feels a bit repetitive with time and I couldn't finish the game because it seemed endless (don't know how many levels are or if you need to do something in special) But really good job after all! :)
Cool idea, just wasn't sure what to do, after fifteen waves didn't seem to have any clue. Sure there's a cool story just took long and i got impatient. :(

Cool setting!
Great art and level design!
Really loved the art and the movement style. The collider for picking up the coins didn't seem quite right but that just made it even more of a challenge as I tried to avoid the ghosts; their follow logic worked really well. Great job!
Stunning graphics and the controls are well done as well. The mechanics where you change between characters are also really good. At first, I was a bit lost about what to do and just kept collecting coins. However, really nice work overall!
I find it funny that instead of actually looking for each other, they're just grabbing money, haha
Felt like the levels were drawn out and it takes a bit too long to see the premise of the game. Nice submission otherwise
This is a good game! I enjoyed the inclusion of dialogue and the art and sound effects were really cool. Nice work!
I liked that you can play the game with just your mouse. You did a incredible amount of work for one week, good job. The gameplay it self became a bit repetative after some time. Maby adding aditional enemy types or shortening the amount of waves could help with that. I personaly would have liked it if the music would slowly ramp up in intensety but that is a nice to have for sure. Overal a great job
Like the art of the game, but the game becomes a bit repetitive. I would be cool if you add some extra mechanics. I Like how simple the story it was easy to get the Idea of what the goal of the game is.
So have you found the secret ending 🤔?
Nice game! Love the visuals, atmosphere, polish like soft shadows, etc. The thing to improve I think is the game design / gameplay loop, the mechanics were not interesting enough for such a long game, it was too repetitive. It's a shame because the story and atmosphere was interesting so I kinda wanted to go to the end, but at the same time I was tired of collecting coins. I still is a very good game tbh so congrats!
There is more to it then collection of coins like finding a mystery book and take a bucket 🪣 and fill it with water and water the tree
