How does your game fit the theme?
You have to do tasks asked by your calm girlfriend before she becomes angry.
Did you write all the code and made all the assets from scratch?
Yes, Except the music and the character models.

A really interesting take on the theme, good submission!
interesting concept and artstyle but the movements felt kinda off
i got stuck in the dishes minigame so it's just like real life
cool game about satisfying your partner by being a slave at home doing all sorts of chores.
Very cool interpretation of the theme. I went through each mini-game a few times and she was never satisfied. It's too close to real life! Great work! Congrats and good luck!
Good concept but I'm sad she's always so mean :(
You have to endure the storm that she is. D:
Really fun game and an interesting interpretation of the theme. It was getting really annoying with the dishes lol
Really fun game tbh and the cleaning task is a life saver, I was almost losing when the cleaning task came up and it really lowered the irritability a lot
Yeah, I wanted some task to help the player in keeping the meter at check.
thanks for trying my game out. Glad you enjoyed it.
This game is super fun and nails the fast food experience! The mechanics are simple but addictive, and I found myself prepping burgers ahead of time just like in a real kitchen. A bit of polish on the camera and movement would make it even better. Great job!
Fast food experience and prepping burgers? Did you comment on the wrong game? 💀
Nice game. It tells me to live better alone.
Brooooooo! The dialogue is so creative!! Very nice art, soothing music, well executed mechanics! Great job there!
Why is she so rude. Pretty fun with just endlessly running around. The different mechanics were well thought out.
Welp, she is the storm so you gotta be calm in facing her.
Thanks for the feedback, glad you enjoyed it.
Some nice art in this game, but the balancing was slightly off. Great work!
Can you elaborate more on the balancing? I'd like to know the thoughts so I can fix it post jam. Thanks!
I liked the interpretation of the theme. Only thing I would do is make the lose state easier to happen. Maybe a timer? The threat of loosing is what keeps people playing endless runners. Great job!
Yeah, Idk why but the irritability meter goes much slower when it's nearing the end. I didn't get to playtest before the submission sadly.
Thanks for the feedback and Glad you enjoyed it!
All them tasks yet not even a hug? Man that's not a partner, that's a master!
I can see the potential. Good idea \_(^-^)_/
Make her calm and then you get a hug. Well, the divorce is coming anyways T_T
Thanks for playing and glad you liked it!
yo damn my is my wife such a ahole
The Pacman pellets are an ingenius way of showing cleaning up a room, i like that mechanic
at one point the spouse stopped asking for additional items, so i just brought her whatever and it work.
I found it hard to keep the meter out of the redzone no matter how hard i hustled, maybe that's the idea
cool game!
The partner does ask for items, its denoted by the arrows in each items and/or you could hold Spacebar to view the current tasks. If you give any other items other than the one asked, you'll have the meter rising and not lowering.
Yes, I wanted the player to be on edge, so the meter would always be in the redzone, unless you are very fast and manage the tasks well.
Thanks for the feedback. Glad you enjoyed it!
Nice, I think I just guessed correctly each time haha!
Where's the "Leave relationship" button? lol
This was fun! loved the mini-games and how everything was paced out in a way that it made it feel fair.
Lol maybe I should add that as a quit game button. Glad you enjoyed it
Pretty funny game, lol. i like the various minigames and the graphics. Good job!
Bro my wife killed me I think
Also I think she might be addicted to that medicine
Lol, maybe you should stop giving her too much medicine.
The design of the tasks is really impressive. It's not easy to maintain a balance between the movement speed, map layout, and the time required for the tasks themselves. I don't know how, but you managed to really strike a balance that keeps the gameplay feeling fair while not being either boring or overwhelming/impossible. The music is also lovely, and helps keep me calm as I'm helping her lol. Different music would certainly give me a different attitude. The only change I’d suggest is allowing players to carry two items at once. I tried to pick up both the medicine and heating pad to deliver them together, but could only carry one at a time.
Your development style in general is also so heartwarming. Your care for your partner is clear in the choices you made. The art style, music, and dialogue all shimmer with evidence of your own kindness, patience, and forgiving nature. It's very appreciated that you chose this sympathetic view rather than a more hostile one. The way you’ve infused personal experience into the game is beautiful, and it’s undeniable that this project is a labor of love. I can't wait to see more projects enter the gaming community made from a place of love. Brilliant submission. Good luck!
The game is a bit easy the way it is. Making the player grab 2 items at once would make it even more easy to control that irritability meter. So I designed it in a way so that you can only pick 1 object at a time.
Thank you for the kind words and the brilliant feedback.! This comment made my day and thanks a bunch that you tried my game out. Glad you enjoyed it.!
PS: I was this close to not submit this game and scratch the whole idea 5 hours before the submission deadline lol. But you made me feel glad that I kept working on it and submitted the game.
The art is very good, although perhaps a faster music would have fit better. but on the other hand I liked the design of the game, it's fun.
good job :D
