Stunning visuals, great sound design, good writing... but... Now I'm a game designer first and for most so that's the first things I look at, so:
- Highlighting: As much as there is already a cursor sprite change for objects you can click on, it would be cool to have an actuall highlight either for things you didn't click or are hovering over. Now this isn't a major issue for the calm part but I actually ended up just tapping my LMB near the end cause it's just really hard to see anything with all of the shaders and with everything being pretty much the same visually. The cursor also seams to change only sometimes for those parts.
- Checkpoints/Skipping: The whole game has a bunch of unskipable transitions so it would be good if the game either wouldn't send you back to the start or allowed you to at least skip the tranitions as they get in the way when trying the puzzles again.
Not much else to say, as there is not much gameplay to pick appart in a text based game.
Very unique artstyle, with smooth transitions and a well written story. The music is phenomenal integrated and mastered. From the weather effects to the shaders its just so clean. I dont know how you even managed to do all that in a week. Theme is also on point. Awesome job!
This game is amazing, genuinely made me choked up at the ending :')
It's very beautifully told, and presented, well done!
What a massive game for just a couple days, this is so well polished.
I'm not in for story games but making it interactable is so well done (I enjoyed it a lot tho)
The graphics are amazing and how you play with the text so nice. The sound and music make the story complete!
The presentation on this game is amazing! From the music to little things like the text talking about the clock swinging like a pendulum. Very impressed with how you managed to find a way to keep the scope simple while presenting amazing!
One thing however is this game seems difficult. I got caught by the apex predators two times, and my third I actually wasn't sure what I did differently but got to the church. I think the game could use a little more clarity, but not so much as to ruin the puzzle elements. Maybe when you hover over things that can be clicked on they get highlighted as well?
Awesome job, really impressed!
Crazy feat for just 7 days, I am not huge on singleplayer narrative puzzle games but liked it enough to know my partner will love it, will definitely share and rated according to her expertise!
First of all, this is insane! To build a narrative puzzle game with this theme was something I was not expecting. The art style is amazing, and I love the audio as well. This in all is a phenomenal experience. Beautiful and I hope more people play this game.
Hee-ho. Very cute game. Cool game. Thanks for good experience
A super cute game, the art is very well done, especially for the amount of time there was. I do like that even though it's a point and click story, there's the option of how much you want to interact with the story.
It's simple, cute and clear. A great Gamejam Game
Super cute! It's such a unique idea too!
Beautiful game with a nice story! The puzzle concept was fun and well executed. Music and use of the leitmotif was phenomenal.
My favourite game of the jam so far!
I hope people play this more, beautiful game!
Wow. I hope more people play this one. Beautiful and unusual experience. Very nice.
The art is just fasinating, im speechless, 10/10
Amazing soundtrack
