In what way does your game fit the theme?
Your actions are being recorded. You can later control the playback any way you want - pause, skip forward or even rewind.
Did you write most of the code yourself and made all the assets from scratch?
Code, music, most of the sfx done by me. Art based on Paper Pixels asset pack by VEXED.

Nice. Music was good too. Had some fun
Could you also play and rate my game?

Thanks a lot! Will do :)
Really enjoyed this game! The gameplay loop was very addictive and fit the theme well. I also loved the background music, which was very chill and suit the style of the game. Great job!
Thanks a lot, glad you liked it!
great stuff
Thanks!
I like the simple graphics and minion idea! The game is pretty hard, but fun.
Thanks a lot!
Character controls are bit stiff which can be frustrating in some levels that require a bit more of accuracy from the player. Also the walk sound gets annoying pretty quickly. But those are my only problems with the game. Cool idea though!
Thanks for the feedback, it's unfortunate that you found the controls unpleasant. Glad you enjoyed the game nonetheless :)
Relly cool game, i would recommend going to your page settings and disableing fullscreen button, because atm you have 2 fullscreen buttons (one from itch, one from webgl), Good level design, though game glitched for me on level with double switches, green chicken became small and wasn't moving, which was pretty weird
Thanks for the feedback and the advice - already disabled the fullscreen button! The glitch sounds like you accidentally stopped the recording immediately after the level start and the recording got stuck on the first frame of the chicken spawn animation (hence the smaller spirte).
that could be the case, would recommend adding some kind of blockade, so this won't happen
Aswm!!! just Aswm even the name is too cool to handel man
pretty aswm!!! job man or women I 😊liked the gameplay mechanic, art is classic nes consoles
overall it's pretty good
Thanks, happy you liked it :)
Amazing game. Might be one of the best implementation I've seen of time travel puzzles. Really cool aesthetics and music. If you it turn it into a full game with some quality of life mechanics (such as fast forwarding), I'd certainly buy it. Btw, how did you record the movement of the minions? I'm guessing you stored the positions in an array and then interpolated between them to have a smooth movement?
Thanks a lot, really glad you enjoyed it! I simply saved the position of the minion every fixed update and then loaded it during the playback, there was no need to perform any interpolation.
Wonderful puzzle platformer! I've seen a lot of games like this with frustrating/confusing rewind mechanics, but this one does a great job with it. The puzzles are well-designed and the presentation is charming. My one complaint is that rewinding can be kind of slow.
Thanks for the feedback! I agree that the rewinding is slow - initially I was planning to add the option to speed it up, but unfortunately didn't have time to do so.
Really great game, the mechanics were good and loved the art. Also the sounds in general worked great with the game. Great job!
Thanks a lot! :)
Things I liked, the actual puzzles you have here are bonkers, I loved all of them! Your mechanic idea for the chickens(?) is very cool and definitely plays well with the theme. You build well off of each previous level and it gets really cool and complicated later on which I adore.
Things I dislike, the walking animation sound gets a bit repetitive after a while, either soften it or diversify the sounds a bit more and that should work well. Also you should give names to the chickens. Im actually dead serious with that, not only would it be cute but it would allow the player to distinguish the two minion chickens apart so they know which is which.
Overall a fabulous game! Can't wait to see what else you make, keep up the good work!

Thanks a lot for the feedback! I guess the walking sound can be a little bit annoying and I had a really hard time deciding whether to keep it or not, though in the end I think it sounds awkwardly cute and sits nice with the art. Also, the naming of the chickens (as well as some visual distinction) certainly would help. Thanks for the comment once more, glad you've enjoyed playing :)
I forgot to add - don't know if you played the WebGL or the windows build, but unfortunatelly the WebGL one has the walking sound a little bit messed up and there's irritating audio click every time the sound effect is replayed. This isn't present in the Windows build.
Hey there! Already rated, but just wanted to let you know I recommended your game in a post since I enjoyed it so much. I hope it gives you some extra attention!

Thanks a lot, that's really nice! And I believe it already did :)
Excellent game! From the concept, to art and sound and finally gameplay. Everything felt very polished and responsive. Really great entry, hope you will reach high in this jam. :)
Thanks a lot! :)
This game is really incredible. I love the design of the puzzles. Had to put it down at level 2.7 but will come back to it soon. It's really great and I hope everyone plays it and it goes on to be one of the winners of the jam. Great job!
Thanks a lot! I'm really happy you liked it :)
*Whistles* Everything about this game was phenomenal. The main mechanics are solid, the controls are smooth and well thought out, the puzzles were difficult but doable, the music's great. I have absolutely no complaints, I just genuinely enjoyed this game. 10/10
Thanks a lot! Really glad you liked the game :)
Very well done! The mechanic with first playing as a later "clone" of some sorts is quite played out, and I don't really like it as it requires a lot of waiting and timing. But here the rewinding of clones back and forth is a great addition that makes it more enjoyable and fits the theme even more. I also really liked the music. Amazing job!
Thanks, glad you liked it! I agree with the point about waiting, I even planned on adding an option to speed up the rewinding, though didn't have enough time to implement it. I feel like the ability to pause makes the timing much less important and places the main focus on the puzzle aspect of the game.
Also, I only have just realized, że kolega też jest z Polski ;)
Bardzo fajna gra. Zaraz dobije do 20 ocen i będzie szansa na wysokie miejsce.
Zgadza się :) Jeszcze raz dzięki za feedback!
This is hands down one of the best jam games I've ever played. I love the fact that you can scroll through the recordings. The art, sound design, movement, and the playback mechanic all felt extremely polished and were a joy to use. There is also a nice variety in the levels and the pause mechanic makes it so that you don't have to make your minions wait at a button for extended periods at a time. I just wish that you could rewrite parts of the recording. For example you could pause the recording half way through re-record everything after that.
Thanks for the feedback, I'm really glad you like it! The rerecording mechanics could be a very convenient feature, though I'm not sure how it would be supposed to work with the levels with two helpers.
good game love the art and music well done.
Thanks!
This game was really really interesting. The art, sound, feel, and most importantly, design just felt polished. If someone told me this was a Game Jam game I would have been surprised. One of my favorites so far!
Thanks a lot! Glad you enjoyed it :)
Great Job! this was vary enjoyable to play, I really liked the mechanics!
Thanks, glad you liked it!
