Really great job on the graphics! I loved it. I think the lasers could have been visible for longer and it would have been fun to have a speed booster. I also made a little space game for the Wowie game jam, check it out if you can :).

Loved this! I especially liked when I git the brakes and saw my whole fleet come to a stop in front of me. Very satisfying.

Really nice game! Reminds me of the old X-Wing and Tie-Fighters (loved those games!). You made a very nice space mood with the movement of the asteroids. And a great job with the skybox too (as mention by the last comment).
And the moment we start the attack on the cube (with 16 allies)... awesome!

Great job! Congratulations!

One thing I've wondered about games like this (and you seem to have pulled off) is how do you get a skybox for outer space? Is it just the a cube with a texture mapped across it or do you need to use different geometry to make a space scene look realistic/distance etc.  I also like that the box slowly comes apart as it gets destroyed, to sort of demonstrate a weaker apart counter balance to the theme!

Developer

Yeah, it is just a cube with 6 images. Because images are made to fit together it creates illussion that it is endless space. I am glad you liked it!

Fun game, amazing graphics. I really like the concept of just exploring space so I packed up a bunch of allies.

I do agree that the boss was quite easy, but I guess that's because I had a lot of allies so I guess that's perfect for the theme!

Well done!

Really good graphics!

Loved the music and post-processing effects. At first, took a bit to run in the browser, but ran smoother once in full-screen mode. I would recommend lowering the quality setting for WebGL builds, other than that great work!

If you get a chance, please play and rate our game Beatdown Breakdown Boomtastic!

I felt the game is a bit slow paced until we reach the boses..... I was expecting a fast paced game...

But it was fun when I reached the boss... I enjoyed it...

Great work!! :)

Very cool game, felt a little slow moving around but it was fun collecting allies to battle the cube :D

I love the graphic and the idea ! I kind of find it hard to navigate in the 3D,  I wasn't sure if I was really moving or not somethimes.

I'm happy you liked it! Well, I think you are right, we had some trouble making it feel right, because distances between objects are very big. Looking with your eyes some objects seems quite close but in reality they are very far and by flying it looks that you are not moving properly. We decided to add distance to target to show distance to the pointer, to deal with that problem, but I'm not sure if that helps at all.

Cool entry. There aren’t too many 3D games here. The second boss was much interesting then the first one. I liked that you could destroy his cubes. That was cool mechanic how to crack his ‘shield’ so you could hit the core. That bumping animation which released enemies was cool.

It would be much better game if you would have some difficulties obtaining other ships. They were far away and it was boring just to flight towards them.

I found a bug that the enemies projectiles were shooting directly at you and they stopped on your original position. If you are moving backwards you can see it. And also, you can hit it. That destroyed me for the first time. I did not expect that.

Developer

Thanks for playing! We will take a look on that bug, thanks for pointing it out!

as a fun of stars war i really like really enjoyed it. please rate also my game. but only ofc if you have or had somefree time:)

Pretty sweet entry... the space theme was always close to me and destroying giant cubes in the middle of the universe is strangly satisfying :) Great job on the entry!

Love the art, audio, and it's a strong concept but would be fun if there was a challenge in gathering your team. Did you use boids? Seems like a perfect candidate for this type of game.

Developer

I'm glad you liked it, also thanks for suggestion, we will take a look on that!

Really nice game, big fan of the graphics and good job making a 3D game, haven't seen many of those in this Jam!

The visuals are great (love the spaceship models) and kudos for doing a 3D game. I just found the difficulty curve a bit harsh. I destroyed the first boss very easily but the second one destroyed me (despite having several allies).

Developer

Yeah, you are right, I think we made second one too tanky, to destroy it faster you need to aim into the core, because cubes around it are very tanky and they are just for blocking your bullets (we made mistake not making it clear to player) . Main idea of the first cube is just to let you gather allies, without worrying to die. Anyways, I am thankful, for taking time and writing feedback!

Probably the best 3D game I have seen so far! The atmosphere is well done, you really feel in space. However,  the second boss takes a really long time to destroy (maybe I didn't have enough allies, but couldn't seem to find more around).

Developer

Thank you! We wanted to make it very tanky and maybe we made it a little bit too strong, thanks for insight.

Cool game, consider adding some kind of boost ability
