Love the idea and concept, it's creating a cozy atmosphere for sure. The art style is very distinct. Gameplay-wise, I would have liked a bit more variety after playing for a while, which made me lose motivation to collect all the leaves. Some in-game guidance or in-between reward might help to keep players engaged. Overall, good job and a worthy entry for the jam!

I really enjoyed the concept, music, and especially the animations!

My only complaint is getting so many duplicate leaves/notes. It looks like the book is keeping track of which ones have been found so maybe removing, or at least reducing the frequency, of already found leaves would be help this?

Over all lots of fun and an adorable main character though!

Oh very good art direction! It's a pretty solid concept as well. My biggest gripe is that since the trees are randomized it's hard to actually complete the book of leaves. It's honestly understandable that there just wasn't the number of 3D models to go with the types of leaves though! Good job overall! 

I love the player character design and animations. I spent 45 minutes trying to get all the leaves but had to stop playing with only 3 left to find. The music was nice and relaxing. Overall, great work!

I absolutely adored the artwork and the atmosphere! Everything feels so warm and cozy, the animation on the character is really cute and the music just ties everything together nicely! Well done :D

Very lovely game! feels very polished and cozy. only suggestion would be to maybe have less leaves or more variety, but overall it was very sweet :)

Art style and graphics are exceptionally cozy!! I love the style you chose for this! There are as lot of things you could add to this game to make it even better maybe different types of trees, leaf shapes though like another commentor said, there may have been a few too many leaves to collect. The character design is lovely as well. There is some polish to be needed but thats to be expected! Great job on this.

Very nice art and music. Definitely cozy! I think my only issue was having leaves falling where I couldn't get them. But moving the collection to the book was very satisfying. Well done!

Very cute! Any issues I had have already been posted by others, so I'll just emphasize that I really like the feel - the nice visuals with animated grass, falling leaves and an adorable character, and very nice music! Well done :)

A charming collectathon, good job.

I was 3 away from completing the collection but it took a bit too long with duplicates at the ~70% mark.

Drops don’t seem to duplicate any held in hand, but it wasn’t enough to help me beyond 90%

A few points to consider:

• The collection is a bit too large to complete, considering the drop rate seems random and static.

• Maybe consider dropping a few leaf variants at once.

• Maybe decrease the collection by a little.

• You might want to decrease duplicate drop rates by a little or have a fuzzy soft cap to drop a non-duplicate.

• Maybe spawn some leaves around the player at random intervals to mix up the pacing a little.

This was super cozy and cute. What a novel idea of having the cat just collect leaves of the fall, such a great concept and easy to understand. The music was especially lovely. If I were to develop it further I would add some more variety to the sounds, pepper the gathering of the leaves with a little backstory or reason for going and gathering the leaves. Maybe allow the player to interact with some other things that aren't leaves that could drive along a story. Like a swingset, stacked stones, a bench to sit on, etc... That would definitely extend the life of the game and make me want to continue gathering the leaves to further the story along. Right now while it is very cute and cozy, once you figure out the mechanic its just going around and kicking trees or piles of leaves over and over again. This has a lot of potential, I hope you continue to update it after the jam!

the game was so cozy and charming, reminded me of my childhood

I like the environment of this game, its super cozy! The objective is very simple and nothing too complicated, just collect some leaves with a unique shape and color. I also like how chill the main menu is. the only bug I really ever ran into was a small visual bug where the falling leaves would get overlapped by the river but thats nothing game breaking. Overall I enjoyed my time playing this game, nice job!

Really neat idea.  Like the book for collecting leaves.  I had some trouble getting leaves, sometimes couldn't pick them up and they disappeared way too fast.  Neat concept, good job.

Simply incredible, is the best word that defines your game. You took a simple mechanic and managed to create a game that is very comfortable to play, I felt a cozy autumn inside your game, good job.

Extremely lovely. Only a few nitpicks: sometimes leaves would fall in places where I couldn't collect them, and selecting a specific leaf from my hand was a little finicky at times. But the look and feel are amazing and cozy. 

I'm curious, is there an ending if you complete the collection? The only one I finished were the notes, and I got close but after getting a bunch of duplicates I decided not to wrestle with RNG for too long, haha.
