Love the art, music, and overall cozy vibes! Took me a minute to figure out what to do since I haven't played many point-and-click games like this, but once I got it I had fun solving the puzzle. Great work and I will check back in for any updates you do!
I really like the art a lot, the scene looks super cozy! It took me a bit to solve the puzzle but I managed in the end! Only thing that kinda got me confused was the 2 options on the very topright of the screen, I still dont know what thats for but I still managed to get solve it... I think I might've missed something idk. But aside from that, I liked the sfx and background music, and I think the sun rays are a nice touch. The clues are made well enough to make the game not be too hard, and not be too easy either. Overall, I found myself enjoying this game and I am interested to see what kind of updates this game would receive in the future, great job!
Cute idea and well executed. I got a little confused but all the answers were there, I just had to reevaluate my assumptions.
I enjoyed puzzling together the answers, probably because of the nice artwork and the overall polished feel to this game. Kudos for having a very clear solution, i.e. being able to come to the one right conclusion with the clues just by deductive reasoning. At the same time, the solution was not obvious or could easily be brute-forced.
One thing I did find a little frustrating was looking for clues as I was missing the last two in a place I had looked at time and time again without realizing there were more clues to click at. Also, in the very beginning, I felt a little lost as to what to do - clicking the phone was obvious and the animation helped a lot to guide me but was followed by a "now what?" moment.
Overall, the experience felt just right and I hope you keep adding more in the future. I'd definitely come back and play some more.
impressive artwork and polish! i'm not used to this type of point-and-click game but it was pretty intuitive (although i spend quite some time figuring out the solution haha). nice music and sfx, and i love the little text effects!
and just to let you know, the game crash (maybe? idk, it shows a white screen) when i press the fullscreen button on the itchio page (i'm on firefox), i just have to reload the page so it's fine but fullscreen don't seem to work
Amazing art and fun mechanic ^^ I like detective games. It was a bit difficult and I had multiple wrong answers, but my second best guess left me with just one wrong answer. That final one I brute-forced it ^^' but made sense. Great game!
I love it! The artwork and style is so nice, and the puzzle was pretty hard but not too hard to figure out! I just wish there was more!
I guess story wise its a bit confusing to figure out what I'm doing, though I guess my interpretation would be that I'm so groggy from waking up that I have to figure out who on earth I even am and what I'm doing XD
Either way, amazing job!
The gameplay is really fun and cozy, and the artwork is just amazing! I had a lot of fun.
Great job!
The art work is fantastic. The gameplay was a little hard for me to put the clues together, but not too hard and it was satisfying to figure out the puzzles. It was unfortunately very short, but it was beautiful. Good job on this!
I like that you need to filter out relevant clues by examining and cross referencing the items within the game - I was nearly caught out a few times and had to rethink some deductions. A possible mechanic that might be useful is the ability to mark/unmark clues that a player may believe to be relevant, and maybe allow the player to make personal notes.
The ringing phone at the start of the game is a good way to introduce the player to the notion that you need to click things around the room. Personally, I think the items of interest were just about noticeable, as they were quite detailed. This contrasted with the lower detailed environment and so it didn't devolve into a pixel hunt. A possible difficulty modifier to make it easier could be to include an option that faintly highlights items of interest that can yield clues.
The artwork is very lovely and warm feeling. The music felt very cozy for the level's setting.
A low-stakes deduction game in a slice-of-life setting.
Cute cozy game! I struggled to figure out what to do at first. I didn't know that clicking on words would add them to my list of clues. Could be just because I don't play many games like this, but some more guidance to noobs like me could be helpful. But I still enjoyed the experience and was proud when I solved the mystery. :) Good work!
I enjoyed this cute game. The artwork is beautiful (really wanted to see more!), and I was curious to check out what was in the room. I liked the puzzle/mystery aspect, although some of the clues threw me off, so I did end up guessing a little. I misinterpreted a clue about scheduling because I was thinking about the weekend. It feels like a polished intro to an interesting story-driven game.
Cute detective game! There was a short period of trying to understand what to do in the beginning, but it also felt like a part of the story. Somehow, the leftover soup mystery was the hardest, although there was a clear hint. :) I Enjoyed the game a lot, thank you!
Visuals were amazing, the deduction felt clever, and you actually had to think rather than just clicking around until you have all the info. Well done!
