Loved how quick and straight forward the game is.
If you ever continue work on it, then fighting the other pins like a beat em up would be hilarious lol

I enjoy the atmosphere of this game. The music, the art style, and a good mix of calm + chaos... I got the Victory woo! Great job :D - An idea I had for a secondary game mode style/mechanic is one where you have to lock in a spot to stand seeing the ball line up and wait to see if you get hit with the MAD curve ball hahahah.

Great outsourcing of assets and sounds. The cartoon effect was awesome, and the music tottally matched. A counter of how many bowling balls you've dodged or how many you've got left would be great. I personally would not have had it end as its fun to see how long you can last, but maybe that would take away from the 'get back up' mechanic! Really fun and a brilliant take on the game jam's theme. Great work for a production team of one!
Thanks for the feedback. I had originally thought about making it endless but I also wanted it to be a sort of multiplayer game where there is one winner at the end. So, I opted to make it a game where you are competing with other pins to be the last one standing. Thanks for playing it!

I love any good cel-shaded game, and this is very nicely done! Clean polish, effective mechanics, and of course funny with the theme! I like that you can get punished pretty hard if you stay in the middle too much (which is usually the obvious strategy with games like this).

Wow this was one of my favorites I've played in jam so far! The "get up" mechanic is brilliant and adds that little extra spice to the main gameplay loop. The jazzy frenetic soundtrack fit the wild movements of my bowling pin perfectly.
Grade A result on this one!
