Good game!
Nice looking graphics that have attention to detail in the environment and set the atmosphere well. Great job on the game!
I really liked the background/story for this one, and being able to hide as an object was a funny and interesting ability. Nice submission
Very nice art and level design.
Wished the movement was a little fast and smooth. other than that great game. I also managed to win after so many tries :)
Nice pixel art and unique hiding mechanics. Wish there were more levels. Overall fun game! Nice work!
thanks, i will implement more levels when the rating is over. And improve a litte bit according to you guys feedback. :)
Interesting hiding mechanics! Maybe you can update to use only existing items to hide, like run between covers and move in them?
Always cool to be a mob! Once I figured out the controls, I was able to win
To me, it feels like you need to adjust speed and gravity, cuz I always have feelings like everything is going on in the gel. However, I do like the visual style and idea itself. Good job!
Fun concept! I really liked your visuals and lighting. The auto slow-mo was a nice touch. Like others have suggested I think the walking speed is a little sluggish, the running speed feels good though.
It's a good start for a game, I think that the player should be faster and the meelee attack should be stronger, otherwise there's no point in close combat
Did you know you can run holding the shift key or did you mean the fast version by "to slow"?
I think that the walk speed should be the current running speed or maybe a bit less, and the actual running should be nearly double that
thank you for your feedback!😊
I liked the introduction; it was quite funny. Also, unlike many others, I reached the ending, so you can call me an epic pro gamer. Well, seriously now, the mechanics are actually fun; I just wish there were more levels.
Character is very slow, imo. Anyway, a good basis
Thanks. Did you know you can run holding the shift key?
Or do you mean the fast version as to slow?
Great job on this! The character moves a bit slow but this was fun!
I love the initial pitch about the trash mob that was peeing ^^ I feel the controls quite weird or I missed something, the character is veeeryyyy slow and when I jump I give me a moon walk feeling like there is no gravity. I clearly suck at this game, I managed to kill a guy after a dozen tries. The art, music and ambiance are promising, keep up the good work!
I think I'm bad at this game, but I had fun.
I'm soooo bad too ! I managed to kill a knight after a dozen tries :)
It’s a good concept, the gameplay can be smoother, I mean, I never got it to do a successful melee attack without dying, in the future, you can have the character move faster to avoid those arrows, maybe with a dash attack, dunno. Edit: just now I saw the instructions and the use of the “E” key, sorry, my bad (more points to mechanics)! Good work, keep going!
Cool aesthetics, you made something cool in the timeframe.
Seems like your ranged attack under shoots bellow where the mouse is actually pointing? That made it hard to figure where to shoot. Was hard to figure out to use E because I'm dumb and forgot about it after reading the instructions. That made it unnecessarily difficult. Would also prefer if you were a bit faster.
Thanks for your feedback!
At first i wanted to make a short controls tutorial, but i ran out of time :(
Well the Shoot is going directly at mousepoint, but i used a rigidbody force to simulate a "real" throw.
while not perfect, the premise is good.
I personally don't like when the player character is this slow. Maybe it's because the time slow mechanic which didn't show much.
The game seems to be too easy and won't depict the idea of "the trashy mob in the dungeon". There need to be work around on this matter to define the direction of the game. I mean it could be "the wish for revenge make you stronger", or "trying to survive because I'm trash". These will make into different kind of games.
thanks for your feedback. Im curious, were the enemies shooting arrows?
I finally fixed the bug where the enemies werent shooting arrows. Maybe you could give it another try. :)
while it's made the game harder to play, you could still cheese it by outrange the enemies. Also the guy at the top-most seems to have bad aim after the first one arrow. Maybe it's because I cheese by changing into the object, so it's fux up the aim.
If the difficulty is like how I got double shotted on miscalculation at first, I think it's better to make the game into stealth-centric and allowed the player to one shot the enemies instead. Maybe also reduced the range of player projectile and make the melee into much higher damage once there are more enemy types.
Thanks for your feedback i appreciate that😊
