Gave this game a try based on your comment that it was similar to ours, and I LOVE IT!!! So cool how similar and different the two are. I love how yours was "calmer" in terms of being able to take the obstacles at your own pace, but got a similar frantic feeling once you started "going out of control". I especially loved how getting a hole in your raft made air escape that pushed you around. The style and music were wacky and funny. Love love love.
Only tiny comment is that I wish I could restart the levels at any time with R rather than only after I had lost. There were a few runs I knew were doomed but had to wait it out before the game ended.
I want to play more levels!
(quick edit: I could see a bunch of modes for this, including a battle "joust" mode where you try to pop the other player's raft, or edge them out in a dangerous course. Clearly you got my mind going haha.)
Thank you for the feedback! We've actually already added the ability to restart the level by pressing R in our post-jam update so that will be in there. We're also planning on making a couple more levels too and we've been experimenting with a bunch of different modes so keep an eye out for that! Your game is really good too! I hope you guys expand on it after the rating period is over
I can see this having the potential to be a great multiplayer game on switch. I liked the take on the them and the mechanics, along with the artwork give the game a fun, wacky atmosphere.
Great job, I hope you carry on with development after the jam!
Great game, very fun playing with a friend ! Smart of you to include a quick tutorial, really helps understanding quickly the game !
Thanks for playing!
Not the sort of game I would play for ages, but it is a complete product, and it has a high level of polish. I'm surprised you managed to make this in 48 hours. That's some great skill!

Thank you for playing! We did intend for it to just be a short party game but we are considering adding multiple modes for 4 players which should add a bit more replayability
Very fun to play, the wacky graphics go really well with the theme and the gameplay

I had a blast playing this! I deeply enjoyed the holes pushing you back and all the sound effects the boys made. You game is humorous and well-executed, great job!
Thank you! We made all the sound effects during the jam!
Really fun game, enjoyed it a lot, great job :)
Thanks for the kind words!
*insert roblox death noice*
Would be a good multiplayer game
(play my game if you have time ;) )
That was actually my friend who made that noise on the day :'D. I played your game yesterday! It was very good!
oh yeah i remember your comment, that's right
Ha ha I had a lot of fun playing it. I liked the idea for the game. good job.
Thank you for stopping by!
I really liked this! I could only play singleplayer but wrestling with the funky controls was very enjoyable. The quality of this game's name makes me wish I went back and called my game Red Eye Removal.
Maybe that could be the name of the post jam version? Or maybe even the sequel?
Great job with this game! I only played singleplayer but it was fun. Quite an original concept too in comparison to a lot of entries. Well done.
Thank you! This was our first game jam so the kind words mean a lot!
Really neat game, played it singleplayer. The controls are just right to create a challenge without being frustrating to use, and I really like the music and atmosphere and voiceovers. Got a kick out of the faces too haha. Nice work!
Thanks! We did all of it during the jam. It was very stressful so the kind words are appreciated!
Two player game like this imo would suit very well to mobile, with touch controls.
I would remove two buttons for steers, its a bit confusing I think, and do everything with one button. First press start "flapping", "waving", second press makes a row (if I wrote it in English correctly). Or You could something more complex with two buttons, like calibrating strength with one of the buttons. Though I think one is enough.
I don't know how it really works, but very like that its possible to make holes - and it affects movement, very nice;)
Oh the two button system you described is actually what's in the game! You press the first button to wave the oar over the water and depending on it's position you can change the strength of the push! Thank you for the feedback!
This game has some really unique controls! Its nice that you can play alone or with a friend, with no need to change anyting on the control scheme. It could have a race mode, to play with up to 4 players too. Great job!
Thank you for the great idea! We were definitely discussing a 4 player mode when we were developing it so we might get around to making one eventually. Glad you enjoyed playing!
very fun game! i felt it would be nicer to have more space in the stage to monkey around, as i found myself often going out of bounds haha. great job :)
Thank you for the comments! We are balancing the size of the stage amongst other things for an update we're going to release after the rating period is done. We're currently experimenting with levels that have different sized areas for variability. Thanks for playing!
I played this game solo, and found it worked well then. I can imagine the game is even more fun with two people!
The controls are just the right amount of whacky. It feels really good when you do a big buoy stroke and go really fast but I feel like the game tries to force you away from that with the collisions and small playable stage. Perhaps some stages might be a bit bigger so that I could really let it rip.
Trying to control the dingy when the air pressure was reducing was a lot of fun too. Great work!
Thank you for the feedback! We're going to release a post jam version that has a couple of larger stages
Awesome!
I played this by myself, and then with my girlfriend. It was really fun both times, so congrats on making a game that works both for single player and coop! I think it was a bit more challenging in coop, but that might have added to the fun! Definitely reminds me of wii sports and I think it could be a great party game if expanded upon a little. Sound effects were really good too!
Thank you for the kind words! We're all really chuffed that everyone keeps comparing it to wii sports because that was a major inspiration :'D. We're planning on releasing a post-jam version with a bunch more levels and maybe some more obstacles for people playing it as a single player game. Thank you for playing!
I like the concept of multiple people steering the raft and that is what causes the out-of-controlness. I believe this is the only Co-Op game I have seen in this Jam so far so it is a very original idea. I played it by myself so I felt in control, but bring in a second person and its a whole different story lol. Overall, great game and a job well done!
Thank you for playing it! We're thinking of other obstacles that would be more challenging for a single player experience!
