Really charming and super polished, I loved figuring out how to solve puzzles with the possession mechanic!
Looks like a perfect Game Boy game! And I love the mechanics for taking over enemies, I had that in my first game that I made for a Jam. Nice job! On the third try I was more careful when going into a new room because I kept getting hit immediately, nice mechanics!
Nice job! The graphics and the sounds combined made the game feel really polished and satisfying to play. Progressing through the game was also interesting as the different rooms felt unique. Overall, this was a solid entry to the jam and I had fun playing! :)
Cool game! Nice graphics and good mechanics possession.
The music and art are magnifique, but the game is a bit buggy... But still really impressive what you did in 48 hours!
Awesome and polished game! Really had me managing my health carefully.
It's astounding how you managed to do all this in 48 hours. Game looks fantastic and gives me a lot of Link's Awakening vibes. The only fthing that felt a bit frustrating was losing health when shooting, but still jams are for trying new things like that. Amazing work, guys!
Man this game is astoundingly well polished and really has a ton going for it!
My one issue is with the collision sometimes acting a bit too janky, around corners of statues I often found myself accidentally getting stuck and when turning into a turtle I accidentally bumped into a pot and got stuck unable to move until I returned to normal and was left stranded. However, these are my only real qualms with anything, and they're pretty minor. I seriously hope you will keep this game running after the jam and drop a bite-sized, or full-sized, release in the future. I'd love to see what else you explore with this concept!
Awesome job y'all, you're a killer team!
Good Game! I love the arts and the music, I really like this game!
The aesthetic is so good.
The game play is good .
Everything look so polish.
Nice job doing all this in 48 Hrs.
Loved the mechanic of possessing animals, although the timer before getting the item was pretty tight at some parts. The game looks and sounds excellent! It really captures the best parts of game boy games (Although I'm glad you didn't include the motion blur and flickering of game boy games in this one!)
Wow the art is amazing, Amazing stuff
The gameplay was also really nice, well done
so much GameBoy nostalgia.
absolutely loved it !
Absolutely love this. Beautiful aesthetic. I feel the controls are a little unforgiving, but I had fun trying it out.
Love the links awakening vibes here.
Interesting core gameplay and solid level design.
It's a little hard
Well done
Very good feel, and love the gameboy look, easily 5 stars for presentation!
Wow really beautiful and quite fun. Like Mario odyssey meets game boy zelda!
A beautiful game and I loved the gameboy Zelda style of the design. While it's pretty unforgiving, the core mechanic is great and could easily be a "proper" game that I could go out and buy.
This game made me super nostalgic, seeing the GameBoy Zelda style and hearing those classic sound effects. Great job!
Amazing art, really cool gameplay, entertaining music - I don't know what to say except praise :)
Controls were a bit frustrating but that might be my fault for using arrows+JKL
