How does your game fit the theme?
Dr Baggos Super Weapon fits the theme because as the player comes across guns they are joined together as a group of weapons. Each gun collected is another gun shooting. The force of 100 machine guns, sniper rifles, rocket launchers shooting at your target all together is a sight to behold!

I had fun with this.
As others have mentioned, the power trip and the progression is great. Would like to see some more JUICE, and maybe some heals in the levels?
I also thought it could be cool to have the guns act as a shield when you're not firing, but to stop protecting you when you are. This may be antithetical to the whole power trip thing, so I don't know if it'd work.
Good job!
This is super fun! I LOVE the power trip of having so many gosh darn guns! Nicely done! I think the collider for the player character for picking up guns is way too small. I think it should be a fairly big area where they automatically move towards you. Other than that, great game!
Loved how smooth it felt. It is always said that with great power comes great responsability. What thet don't usually say is that with said power comes tons of fun! It felt really good to play when there were tons of guns attached to the main character. Good job!
Thanks for playing! Lol very true, more power = more fun!!
I love the progression, it feels so good when you have tons of weapons shooting at once. The feeling of evolving from a helpless character to a killing machine is great. Fantastic job ^^
Thanks for playing!! I agree feels so good starting so limited and then eventually being able to take out whole armies
This was actually really really fun. I loved how you become so much more powerful after you kill a few dudes and pick up a few guns. I was surprised when there was a second level and you had to run at first to pick up guns, then the a third level with the sniper start and the gigantic tanks. The power trip the game gives is really nice. I couldn't beat the third level cause my HP would slowly drain and there was no way to replenish it, I think some sort of mechanic shop or health drop on kill (like in DOOM) would be super nice. Great work overall!
Thanks for playing and your feedback!! I'm happy so many people liked the beginning of level 2. And good point about the health, that was my next planned thing I was gonna try to add in before submitting the game, some sort of occasional health drop from enemies. If I make another version something like that will definitely be included!
Wow! Great work! It's so satisfying when you collect tons of guns and you eliminate enemies by just one click. And the idea of level2 at the beginning is great! Love it!
Thanks for playing! Lol I really enjoy that too, click and then theyre gone!!
Nice game! I love how quickly it escalated after finding a few weapons, really nice idea and feels really well implemented, I didn't encounter any issues. Good job!
Thanks for playing! Glad you liked it!
Wow, really fun! I really liked the idea on the second level having you need to run past the enemies first before getting to the weapons. The progression of slowly building up your arsenal until you become an unstoppable killing machine was really addictive. A couple small things that might help is adding bullet trails (got a little hard to tell where I was being shot at from when it was by offscreen enemies) and switching up the colors for obstacles vs walkable terrain. I got confused at one point because the path used the same brown color as the wall next to it. Overall, really fun and original game jam game. :)
Glad you liked it and thanks for playing! Also happy you liked the running part as I didn't know if people would like that or get confused by it. As for the bullets/terrain visibllity I started thinking about that a bit at the very end how parts may blur together so I definitely see where your coming from. Definitely something I'll watch out for more in the future. Thanks again for playing and your feedback!!
Really fun and interesting! Good work :)
Thanks for playing!!
Who knew amassing a floating wall of guns would be so much fun? Nice work. I like how each level changes things up.
I know it's even more fun that I originally thought it would be! Glad you like it and thanks for playing!!
Wow! This was fun! I liked that there wasn't a limit to your massive gun ball and the power trip was great. The levels had some good ideas with the weapon variation and subtle objectives, and it was interesting to go through them.
I'm sure you're already aware, but it'd be nice if the guns didn't go into the wall since they became useless. Also wish there was a bit more animation! Even a walk animation would go a long way.
Thanks for playing!! Glad you had fun with it! Ya I thought about the guns going through the walls in the beginning and it was a bit weird, but then theres a few parts where they go through the walls and can destroy everything on the other side lol, but in a more polished version I would try to fix that. And agree, more animation would make it feel more alive. I try to work on some animating skills!
I really enjoyed this game, you do feel like a super weapon once you amass a metric ton of guns. The start of the second level was brilliant, it really enhanced the power trip after you get guns again. Really well done!
Thanks for playing!! Glad you enjoyed it! Ya the levels (at least the beginning of the levels) before you get all your guns I tried to make a little unique. Happy you liked the run part of level 2 sense I didn't know how that would go over with everyone.
As fun as this was (and it was very fun), I had a couple of issues with being unable to move and/or pick up dropped guns. The cursor was also pretty hard to see a lot of the time and that made aiming pretty hard too. Finally, the window would often become smaller and move around during a round and cause me to lose heaps of HP. I think this might be because the cursor wasn't confined to the window and also couldn't be very well seen. It was very fun though.
Thanks for playing and for the review/feedback!! I wasn't aware of the window issue, probably by how I was playtesting it, but now that you mention the cursor leaving the window I could see how that could cause quite a few issues. Well good to know for, I'll keep that in mind for the next game and perhaps come back and fix this one afterwards. Thanks!!
Very fun and satisfying game to play, there's a lot of potential if you polish graphics and animations. Great experience!
Thanks!! Glad you liked it! Ya I'm thinking maybe of coming back and tuning it up a bit and making it a bit prettier. Maybe expand on the idea a bit more.
I wanted to checkout your game but I can't because I'm on a Mac. In any case, good luck!
Thanks for coming by anyway! Appreciate it!
Now this is a power trip! Even someone like me who stinks at shooters can have a good time lol
lol makes us feel unstoppable when we have a total arsenal under our control!! Thanks for playing!
Damm its really satisfying when you have 50+ guns shooting at the same time! I like the level design ideas like the level 2 run and level 3 sniper battle at the beginning. Thanks for making this, had fun playing through it :D
Thanks for playing and glad you enjoyed it!! Lol I love racking up all the guns and then completely destroying with them, feels great and may be my favorite part
