Really good concept for puzzle game. It is simple and nice, do not really need more. Mechanics and checkpoints working fine. One thing, after death, camera fly away to level start. Anyway, good job)
Nice level design, being able to control both cubes at the same time and bit faster movement would be great, good job!
It could benefit from ability to simulteanously control both cubes, now I have to move levels throught twice per session. That or some system that allows to wind them together fast.
Thanks for your comments. You are right maybe i can add 2 choice of controls(1. current one 2. being able to control one with wasd keys other one with arrow keys ) for later versions.
I don't agree that it does not fit theme, I think this fits quite well.
This is quite fun! While I agree this fits the theme in that the playable characters are *interdependent* I do think the visual line between the characters is unnecessary since they don't, in play, feel particularly chained together. Really solid entry though, well done!
Thanks for playing. The only reason ı put the visual line between them was to Let the player be aware of the location of the cubes if the cubes are far away from each other.
Sorry for not getting a chance to play your game during a stream but I am running out of time and had a hefty amount of games to get through so I am just playing and rating at this point! Thank you for your understanding :D
Nice concept ! That's a really solid game, with a nice core mechanic ! I really enjoyed the puzzles, and the graphics, even if they are simple, fits perfectly in the gameplay.
However, I don't really see the theme in your game... There is a line between the characters, but it doesn't do anything gameplay-wise. The two characters need to help each other, but that's not really a "linked together" mechanic in my opinion ^^'.
But don't get me wrong, the game itself is really good, polished and very well done ! Congratulations =) !
Thank you, I'm glad you like the game and i respect your opinion about the theme. This is about your point of view . Joined together could be two characters physically chained to each other , one character that can change power with one click of button or the things sticking each other ... Theme reminded me two characters that are dependent to each other to continue :)
Really fun! I love these kind of puzzle games. There was this one checkpoint where I would get killed ON the checkpoint, which is harsh. I think they should be like safe zones and maybe there's a few extra elements you can implement, like buttons or switches with time to put you under pressure. But it's really nice and enjoyed the tron vibe u got going.
Intense!
Nice game! The core gameplay loop was very satisfying and it fit the theme very well. I'd say increase the amount of feedback you give to the player and you'll have a really solid game on your hands!
very good concept! it has huge potential for mobile.
Thanks for your comment. I've started to work on full version today. I've done all the things what people said in the comments so far . If ı reach around 5-6 hours gameplay time or If ı can make procedural puzzle generator(must be so hard )... I'm planning to publish it to all platforms.
Really fun and clever mechanics, with great level design too!
The game was extremely pleasing and challenging to play XD. I enjoyed the simple to learn and fun mechanics. Although the audio was pre-made, I enjoyed it a lot :]
5/5 great!!
I really enjoyed the game mechanics. The art was simplistic and clean. I had some frustrating times in the first moving laser part. Other than that the difficulty level increased decently toroughtout the game. I think this game had really cool concept and could be transformed into a fully built game. Nice job!
The cooperation became really meaningful in the last level, but I didn't like the purple beams too much, since they don't contribute to the 'interdependence' idea. Over than that a nice game with minimalistic but good visuals!
Thank you for the game!
Thank you for the feedback. Glad you liked the last level.
Really fun game! The difficulty ramped up nicely, and I like the idea. The only real issue I had is that it was often hard to tell how I died (you could actually be reset before even seeing the laser that killed you. I think a good fix for this would be to freeze for like half a second when you die, showing what killed you, especially if it killed the character that's offscreen.
Thanks for the feedback. It's a good idea ı noted that. Maybe I can make animation which shows how you died..
I had a bit of a tough time with the moving laser room (first one, didn't get through). Maybe if it ramped up by having a shorter moving room, more cover, or a room with just one to start. But I thought the mechanic had promise and it was enjoyable enough that I wanted to keep giving it a few tries! Liked the first part
Thanks for the feedback. You can watch the gameplay to learn how to get through first moving lasers if you want to see other parts than first two part
I really liked playing this game and finished it completely! A couple things: When respawning the camera behaves in a weird way and kinda gives me motion sickness. Another thing I noticed was that I died a lot to the diagonal lasers as it wasn't completely clear if I was in cover or not but that could just be my brain.
Love the way its introduced to you, i like the puzzles, if there was one minor thing I would say about this game, I dislike the moving lasers, but I guess that's just me not being able to keep up! Great job!
Thank you so much for the feedback.
