Ended up softlocked at the very end with an impossible puzzle (according to a solver I used). Otherwise, fantastic game! Well paced and very polished. The QR code was awesome!

Thank you! We actually had a lot of issues with the final challenge. We tried placing the 8th tile in various spots, counting inversions, but it was all a massive head ache and we ended up (don't tell anyone) hardcoding the final puzzle in -- so in theory it should be solvable each time. I can definitely see a world where moving the tiles between cutscenes or doing something funky could cause an unintended inversion which is sad to hear. Or maybe the goal state you input was one swapped when it wasn't? Who knows! Thanks for playing tho, I'm glad to hear you liked the pacing and puzzles leading up to it!
Damn this is really good,
The main gameplay mechanic is really clever, and the puzzles are really clever too.
The pixel art and kind of humorous atmosphere of the game kind of reminded me of minit wich is a really good game.
Overall a really fun experience!
This deserves top#1!
Entertaining, amuzing, hilarious! I wish I could see what's behind QR - link would not open for me...
Thank you! That's interesting to hear. We were originally planning on adding an accessibility option where you could scan the QR code in the pause menu, in case someone didn't have their phone or something. Unfortunately 48 hours is only 48 hours so it didn't make the cut. Hopefully you still managed to get through though!
Wow, what a treat! Really enjoyed playing this. I won't lie I got about 3 slides in and got stuck briefly then felt like an idiot when I solved it haha! Also loved the 'hidden' puzzle element within the game, great addition!
You should be really proud of this game, you've done a great job!
BEST GAME I'VE PLAYED SO FAR! I can't believe you don't have more ratings. The main mechanic is simple to grasp, but you've used it to make a really unique puzzle mechanic in a really unique way. Really hope you get to the top 100, Mark definitely needs to play this!!!
Woah that was a fun game! I really like the small detail (Spoiler ahead: the QR code that we needed to scan) It's a great concept, sort of like a scavenger hunt of sorts, The art and audio were great, fantastic job!
This one is one of the most unique games that I have played till now, good work, music was very good it was making me keep playing the game. Good job guys :D
One of my favorite games I have played in this Jam. Have you played Carto? It's very similar idea
Wow very cool idea and clean execution! The art is great, music is great, really enjoyed the puzzles. Good job! Excellent game
Very nice experience playing your game! I finished it all the way and enjoyed it - very nice graphics style puzzler with a lot of charm! Really nice
I'm generally annoyed by 3x3 sliding puzzles but I loved this! That was a very clever mechanic (especially with the "ruins" puzzle) and just a very charming experience all around.
This was really satisfying to reach the end, absolutely loved it! Fantastic job!
Great idea, really clever, at first it gave some Minit vibes :)
Very cool and relaxing.
Gr8 game, loved visuals and effects when sliding pieces around. Also liked the fun dialog
Amazing game! Great music, graphics, and the sound effects are really satisfying!
Good job! :)
