This is a great idea! It feels a bit buggy but it's fun to play. Congrats for your submission!
Thanks for playing :)
I love the title!
Thanks
This game is a bit of a buggy mess, but honestly it is one of my favourite games of the jam for the concept alone.
Challenge for next year. A game without words. I think it will challenge you to tidy up the design a bit :)
Thanks for the feedback! I'll be sure to try it out next time :D
A fun idea but far too sensitive! Dial it back a bit! Also it'd be funny if the unicycles could fall over.
Ah thanks for the idea, I originally did try to add a hint of difficulty with the unicycles falling over but it soon became frustrating and overly difficult to control. Thanks for the feedback though!
Nice, the first game in my queue that had me cursing at the screen. I see that as a good thing haha.
Controls are a bit light and sensitive but playable. The calm music is taunting as I rip my hair out. The art style is cool and fitting as well.
Nice game overall, I like it. Well done!
Thanks for testing the game hahaha! Glad you like it :)
The idea is very fun but controls are really difficult to use at times, especially since each wheel gathers speed really fast.
Thanks for the feedback! I do think I could have set a terminal velocity for the wheels but it sort of slipped my mind :P
Can’t argue against that logic :)
Hahaha thanks for testing the game!
This is such a cute and fun concept! The art really adds to the atmosphere and energy of the game. The controls and the physics of the game is slightly overexaggerated but it definitely added to the fun and the challenge!!!
Thanks for the feedback! :D
I love the title, game is exactly as described ;) The physics seems a bit bouncy which made it harder to control, but otherwise a great idea. Seems like something you could play with a friend. Good job!
Side note: Speeding off at incredible speed reminds me of Uniracers for SNES :D
Thanks for testing the game!
The first thing I did was completely zoom of the map at mach 5, then miraculously land my back wheel on the flag so I didn't lose. Absolute banger.
Hahaha I've been finding put these few days that many people can finish the levels pure luck, which brings my great pain after having taken so long to design the levels, but I'm glad you've had fun!
The idea is very original and the game is fun, the controls are a bit sloppy tough
Thanks for trying the game!
agree that the physics were a bit...enthusiastic, still very cute. also the name of this game cracked my shit up! please never change it.
Hahaha I agree that the physics seemed a little on drugs :) Thanks for testing the game!
Cool concept and take on the theme !
The physic seems a little bit "exagereted" tho, as soon as you take a little ramp the weel go far away and it's kind of frustrating sometimes :p
Aight thanks for the feedback! I do believe the physics could be a little more balanced too but I put that aside for way too long and eventually didn't have the time to do so hehe
Although the physics felt a bit buggy, it was really fun controlling the bike
Thanks for trying the game!
The premise of the two unicycles was just delightful — you could even consider making it a 2 player game. The visuals were also gorgeous. Favorite game played so far!
Actually, a two player game sounds pretty good, but I was thinking about the pandemic and... well yea 😛
Thanks for the feedback!
As soon as I saw the title of this game I knew I had to play it and the game follows up on the comedic concept. It definitely is tough and the controls are super sensitive. I for sure won more than one level by just going really fast to the right and then joining back together right by the end. It also breaks your brain when they are on the wrong sides of each other. But overall great job with this submission!
Hm... yea I do believe it can be better polished and balanced if I had more time, thanks for testing my game!
A fun game! The physics seem to need some tweaking.
Thanks!
This game was fun, but the physics were super janky and it never felt like the unicycles were connected. (Also I love the name).
Hahahaha I came up with the name in a few minutes since I ran out of ideas for the random game :P
I guess I should have made the spring joints a little more stiff, the wheels were connected but somehow it didn't turn out to be much in the end. I'll be sure to improve on it, thanks for the feedback!
it's very disjointing to control both ends at the same time, which wouldn't be a problem, except there appears to be no speed cap and the physics are... wonky is a good word. it's extremely easy to go too fast and go careening off the level, without so much as a chance to read the flavor text.
Thanks for the feedback, I'll be sure to improve on it!
Cleared all three levels! Nice programmer art you have there.
I like the game idea itself, but I don't like how they move out of my screen constantly, and I can't see what is coming to me - sometimes I win the game accidently too! Even though two part of the bicycle are connected with a grey thick line, I don't feel like they are related at all, they have separated control and does not matter to the other.
This game is basically a bicycle.
Thanks for the feedback! The two wheels are comnected by a spring joint and the line is basically rendered to show that its there, (and for aesthetic purposes :P) but maybe in the future I could make the connection a little more physically obvious. Sometimes the levels are completed randomly when one of the wheels just hit the flag by accident... I guess I could make it harder by preventing the fluke with more deathzones hahaha
I've actually also wanted to make the camera zoom out when the bike exits the frame but I couldn't find a solution in time, but I'll definitely improve it after the jam period ends.
Really appreciate the feedback!
