Love the atmosphere, and the idea is clever and nicely implemented.

You can go deep with this one, I felt it has potential. Heavy on the words, but for people like me who dig it you can create a whole universe within the game, and discovering it feels great.

Nicely done!

Thank you for playing and sharing your thoughts, I really appreciate it!

Great idea, it has a very "Emily is away" vibe to it, and I would love to see it expanded where David has more personal interactions with the people on his feed. My only negative was I felt like I ended up not liking David as I kept playing, but that might just be a taste thing.

Developer

Personal interaction is definitely something to keep in mind for the future, the idea of David replying and conversing to posts is something that we also thought about few days ago as well actually. In any case, thank you for sharing your feedback and playing, I appreciate it a lot!

Very creative! I wasn't really sure how to interpret the feedback that I got in the bottom right, like "see you in fourth grade", but cool idea!

Developer

David will share his thougts on the post you choose there, although he did sometimes be vague in the response which can be confusing, thank you for your feedback, I appreciate it a lot!

Cool idea, nicely executed!

Fun game! Being the algorithm is a really great take on the theme. I like how you need to figure out what David likes before you can choose the right posts.

Developer

Thank you for playing, glad you enjoyed the game!

I loved this concept! And I'm very sure you had a lot of fun coming up with some of these posts haha. It's very simple and easy to grasp, and I really enjoyed messing with David. Really good experience, great work!

Developer

It is fun, glad you enjoyed it and thank you for playing!

Really cool concept, thanks for making this game!

Developer

Thank you for playing as well!

Nice game, you nailed the feeling of being the algorithm trying to guess the user's likes. Congrats!

Thank you for playing, glad you enjoyed it!

Interesting game, I think I got a good ending. Not sure, just a feeling of that. This game is a great short description of what social media is overall

Developer(+1)

Congratulations on getting the good ending, and thank you for playing!

The ending hit really close to home. Well done.

This did a really great job at presenting a full experience. I found it a bit uncomfortable, but in a good way! 10/10

I really liked how realistic the posts and reactions were. The fourth wall breaking with the GMTK post was unexpected, lol. Well done on the project! Sadly, I got a very sad ending :(   (well, it was a bit on purpose... )

Poor david :(

Thank you for playing, glad you enjoyed it!

This idea has a lot of potential and could easily be a full release if polished.

Great concept! would be cool to add more feeds to control with different preferences, maybe some people like the bad jokes!

Developer

That's definitely an interesting idea, thank you for your feedback!

this is a really wonderfully done game! its so interesting learning more about the user as you choose your options. I honestly got attached to them and wanted to choose all the most positive messages I could to steer them in the right direction. it made those ending posts feel really satisfying knowing I helped

Developer

Thank you for sharing your thoughts of your playthrough, the team's writer is glad hearing that his intention is well conveyed!

Really interesting idea, I'd love to see this fleshed out a bit more in a fully-fledged game. Awesome job!

Thank you for playing and the kind feedback!

I really enjoyed it! the concept is very interesting! being able to influence someone through their feed is such an intriguing idea

Developer

Glad you enjoyed it, thank you for playing!

Really unique, relevant and thought provoking game. Well done!

To expand on the idea maybe you could have it so the goal of the game was to keep engagement by provoking the user or feeding them click baity content. Or you could have different users that you need to feed different kind of content to keep them engaged.

Developer

Thank you for your feedback! The idea of multiple users is something that came across our mind while deciding on the idea, definitely will keep it in mind for the future.

Very compelling and one of my favorites so far. Definitely the most interesting decision points were between multiple "bad" options.

Developer

Thank you, glad you enjoyed it!
