Cool game! It was really fun and the gameplay felt very polished and well made. Good job!
Very cool take on the theme. I really like the movement controls! Feel like a tutorial in the game would be appreciated.
For an in-game tutorial definitely if expend the game! Thank you!
Super good concept! Forgot to read all the descriptions and had to try again because of the boxes i did not click :). Really fun game!
Man this is super clever! This was a really good idea for this jams theme! Excellent job! The game felt super fair and fun!
A really creative concept! Moving around was very intuitive and I enjoyed the sound effects. Interestingly enough I felt more like the movement was akin to an inch-worm wiggling across the ground as opposed to a slime, but that's just me!
I didn't get far enough to encounter bacon, but I assume that mechanic forced the player to stretch themselves wider to grab all of the bacon at the same time - if so, I really like it and wish it was introduced earlier!
All in all, great work!:)
If I update it, I'll add them earlier. Currently there's 20 pattern, split into 4 difficulty( easy, normal, hard, extreme), and none of the easy have bacon because it caused a bug that seems quite complex to fix. Thanks for the feedback!
I love the concept, the controls are very intuitive and quick to pick up and overall very satisfying. I ended up replaying several times for fun!
Very cool concept!
I love how the controls actually make you move around as a slime would, very clever
Nice music!
If you look at the assets and credits, you'll find it's not mine
Simple mechanic well executed. Really enjoyed it!
Fun, addictive and challenging!
nice music! an in-game tutorial at the start would have helped (took me a minute to figure out how to shrink the player) but good game!
If you look at the assets and credits, you'll find it's not mine. As for an in-game tutorial definitely if expend the game!
such a creative game, perfectly on theme! simple but so fun and addictive, the pacing and speed at which you could move/scale your character made for some really close calls with the hazards - great work.
Hey, nice game! I too had a little bit of trouble at the beginning but after a while I understood the mechanics well. Still very hard game though but very funny - loved the character stretching sfx and the overall atmosphere.
Good job on finishing it!
Was the sfx really worth it at the end, it took me an hour XD
Really cool, I enjoyed that!
I like the sound of character, and weird legend behind slime and bacon and boxes, so funny.
It feels sooo hard at first, and I found "hard" mode easier because character moves faster, at a pace that's meaningful to everything else. After some time though, I managed to enjoy classic mode as well.
It felt to me that simultaneous left-right movement for expanding or collapsing both sides would fit, I instinctively tried it and it doesn't work. Could be nice.
Congrats on submission!
Oh I see, for movement I always use the same script so I didn't think of that! Thanks for the feedback!
Okay this is fun! I found it so hard at first, but then figured it out and felt it.
Not too convenient to switch controls from keyboard to mouse when there are boxes to break, what if you could control all the scale with one hand (e.g., use w instead of 0 to scale down!) or scale down with right click, perhaps? Wonder if that'll do 🤔
I like the challenge!
You can use shift also! After the jam I'll probably add a menu to key bind anyways
Oh, right, that works! Good job on the game :)
Love the retro style here!
Cool concept and pretty addictive! A great entry :)
really enjoyed this game well done
With a little adjusting of the graphics this would be a fun minigame, also right now it seems kinda random how hard it is
