Really interesting mechanic and gameplay. Rooms seem a bit empty and lifeless. Maybe add an indicator for hits, sometimes this was pretty confusing, if I hitted him or my range was to short

I really dig the shrinking mechanic. As someone else said, maybe don't zoom in the camera as much. The game could also use more feedback/juice, but it is of course a game jam game. I also liked the carry weight system and the enemy designs. That little dude sure is angry!

this game is so satisfied

Appreciate the auto fire

Of course you added bonewheel skeletons

Tthe shrinking mechanic is cool, but shrinking the camera along with the character reduces visibility of enemies, and makes it harder to aim and plan ahead.

That might be intentional, I don't know

Shrinking the camera also puts ephasis on enemies looking bigger, instead of the player looking smaller

That might also be intentional, but I thought I should mention it

Solid game, I should spend more time with godot, clearly

If you're up for it, please play our jam entry and give some feedback as well

Cool game with the amount of enemies and items for only 4 days. :) Would have been nice to have a health bar for the (stronger) enemies.

Had a blast playing this game! The healing ability felt pretty broken and it would have been nice to see how much health enemies had left. Nice job :)

The gameplay of this game was so fun! It's rare to see a bullet hell done this well in this amount of time. I do wish more time was dedicated towards tile maps and sounds, since it does get a bit repetitive, but otherwise the game is really well built and I loved the concept

i loved the sprites.  i like the player character movement animations and his scepter.  i like the background song tooo! since there were no sound effects i enjoyed the background composition. i didnt understand the sword's function at first, but then realized later it was to show me what being weighed down feels like. i should have powered up my attack early on, because the enemies take forever to kill. i died and was going to try again but the game kinda froze there at the end when my HP was 0. overall cool game entry though this could be polished up a lot and be kinda fun

The healing over time item is VERY powerful.

Really cool concept and surprisingly difficult with the amount of dodging required, nice job!. Agree that the enemies could have slightly less health.

This game is so fun and addictive, plus the creative attacks and multitude of enemies makes this amazing

I actually realy like the game! The art is sweet but a little bit too simple.

Submitted

Neat idea but enemies took way too long to die

Nice idea in general. The enemies were bit bullet spoongy even while over encumbered with max damage pickups.

Great idea! The concept is creative and I liked all the different enemies and items. Great job!

THOSE WHEELS ARE TERRIFYING!!! And in retrospect, we should've added those eye birds to our game as well. Really cool game, really cool sprites!

I like the feel, but it seems to take to long to kill enemies at first.

Felt odd that you can carry more as you get smaller, towards the end the camera became too claustrophobic due to the scaling, the idea of dropping items is a great concept that could allow for minmaxing.

Got some Enter the Gungeon vibes, enjoyed it!

Interesting concept with weight! I'm sure it will work great for a roguelike :)
