Nice game.
Thanks!
Nice submission. Could maybe add a way to fight back the contamination to buy more time to escape. Overall I liked it. GG
Without spoiling it there is a way that’s part of the solution. Thanks for playing!
Oh I finally found the solution ! Well done, it was the right difficulty for me : it took me a few tries but I always had a new idea to try until I found the right one.
Glad you liked it! Thanks for playing!
Unique submission to the jam good job! I died a lot and could not find the solution in the end but it was fun.
Thanks for playing! Yeah it’s a common problem amongst other players too and that’s on us. Should have given a bit more clues to make it easier.
Nice job making something that truly terrified me! The growing alien thing was really neat!
Thank you spent a lot of time on that alien myself so I am glad you like it.
cool interactive horror game!
Thank you!
Super fun game, died one too many times XD. Good job!
Takes a lot of tries to find the solution. Glad you liked it!
Died sooo many times, but it was fun XD Great work!
Glad you liked it!
One of the most unique submissions I've played so far. I really like it, but I do wish there were some more visual cues about what the player needs to do next. I had a hard time guessing what the next step was, but was really satisfying when I finally got it!
I am really happy you liked it so much. Yes I agree more clues would prevent players from getting lost but we wanted to encourage a bit of exploration and added as much visual and sound cues as we could during the time we had to hopefully give enough guidance. Thanks for playing!
The idea is mazing, love this kind of scenarios. maybe a bit too hard, but that's probably me being dumb. Great game!
Thanks for playing glad you liked it!
Really fun game, great work! We love the art style and great take on the theme
Very cool puzzle game
Thanks!
Great puzzle design! It took a good while for me to figure out the solution.
I’m happy you enjoyed it!
Great entry I had fun playing this. It took quite a few tries before I realised to wait until you hear the door open before powering back up. Well done
Glad to hear you liked it. Thanks for playing!
Overall neat. Kinda struggling to find the door controls, but I liked the idea of having to do everything in a spesific order under a bit of time pressure.
Thanks for playing glad you liked it! The thing with the door is pretty simple actually:
SPOILER ALERT
You don't open the door yourself you wait for the monster to get there and break it.Oooooh. Gotcha
I got soooo close to the exit but then I died... Overall it was a fun, short puzzle game, and it gets pretty easy once I figured everything out.
Yeah once you know the solution it's pretty short. Glad you liked it!
Pretty cool idea.
Thanks!
The encroaching organism was pretty spooky; well done. Note: I think the character's movement isn't set to interpolate ('twas a bit visually shaky), but could be something else.
It is set to interpolate fixed timestep is at 100fps and I am using AddForce I have no idea why that kept happening😭😭 I am guessing it's somehow tied to cinemachine update. If you know the solution I would appreciate your help.
I love this perspective, reminds me of Hotline Miami. The concept is pretty cool, unfortunately my crowbar got stuck the first time I played, but second attempt it worked, pretty cool, and chilling! You have to be quick. Congrats!
Thanks the artstyle was inspired by Hotline Miami you got that right. Sorry about the crowbar I thought I fixed that pesky bug but oh man🙄
Awesome! I've never seen a puzzle/speedrun/horror combination like this, but now I wanna see some more! My only feedback would be to have the monster move a bit faster, since once you've figured out most of the puzzle and you're trying to figure out the ending, you just have to wait for the monster to catch up. It was very satisfying to figure out the ending, and I had a great a-ha moment when I noticed that it seemed like the monster opens the door when it reaches it.
Wow that's really good to hear. I was worried people wouldn't figure it out fast enough so made the monster grow very slow. Thanks for playing!
