Did not end up escaping the alien, I liked the idea that you figure things out yourself without getting your hand held but it reminded me of a time I couldn't find a knife in resident evil and died over and over. Personal trauma haha, but the style and sound effects are really cool! It's a great concept executed very well :) Nothing to do with me not being able to escape scary aliens

Pretty fun. I can't quite escape and I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong or if I'm just getting lucky. I've managed to gear up and push back the monster, but then all that's left to do is wait for the door to open and it doesn't open in time? Am I missing a step or is it just a timing issue? Visual clarity could maybe be improved a bit, but apart from that, nice little puzzle!
The organism helps convey a sense of urgency. I was honestly scared about how fast it was growing.(Im easily scared)
Could figure it out in the end. Good idea, the puzzle element. But some things are not clear why they happen - for example, why does the door open after a fixed time, etc. But anyway, cool game!
I wasn't able to find the solution, but it was fun trying. One thing I would change is the snappy movement, since its a little jarring and makes it hard to control. I got to the point where I electrocuted the alien, and I thought that was meant to be the big a-ha! moment and the end of the game, but it just grew right back and I was cornered. So some more clues or directions would be nice.
Love how the alien looks, vines grabbing at you are terrifying. Didn't fully understand what to do, each thing could have had a description of what it does because I was a bit confused. However, its a very creative and original idea and the art looked quite good. You should be proud!!
I couldn't find the solution :(
I wish I had more hints as to what things I interact with do. What can I do with the crowbar? Why do I get electrocuted by the button? What is the suit for? Dying over and over to try to understand got me a bit frustrated, so I dropped before I could find all those answers.
Took me a little while but I ended up finding the solution !! Loved that puzzle style !! I would gladly play more of that ! Well played !! (I do agree with another comment about the loudness of the step on the metal ground tho :D)
Fun little environmental puzzler. In the category of loudest walking sound effect, easily 5 stars. A lot more could be done to give the player clues, but I still had fun. Nice work!
Game looks nice.
If I understand correctly it's basically a point-and-click quest but with top-down perspective and time pressure.
I would like to see more abilities to control the alien, like you need to shoot at it while moving around the ship or something.
But it looks cool, sfx are nice and it plays nicely.
I've enjoyed my time playing this game.
This game is super cool, but I couldn't figure out how to open the door. I'm really confused about what the glowing light plate was, but it seemed to attach to the back of the suit?
I really liked the footstep sound effects, it added a nice grounding effect and makes the game a bit more tense! I'd love to come back and play more if you expand on this or make things a little more clear!
Ok, great idea, but I can't figure out how to get to the end and I think there might be some glitches in the way of people solving it. For one, sometimes when you put down the crowbar you can't pick it back up again - especially after grabbing the white plate (which I still don't know what it does because I can't tell what it is.) This led me to believe that each item can only be used once. It was only when checking your screenshots that I realized that you can carry the crowbar and be fully decked out
I really liked this one, simple but effective. I see people saying it's tricky but I actually think the alien doesn't move fast enough - after a few tries it became a bit annoying to wait at the very left. That said, it was a fun game to work out, and satisfying to beat. Good job
Some people find it tricky and the ones who manage to solve it all pointed out the waiting problem. We had some balancing issues where if we made it too fast it would have been impossible to beat and too slow is annoying so we kinda settled on some speed that we thought would be the middleground. Glad you like the game!
Fun idea for an escape-room type of game. I wasn't able to figure out how to open the exit but figuring out the sequence in which to do all the other things was fun.
I didn't manage to find the solution, but the idea is cool, I wonder how you can survive to this thing. Good job!
super neat game. I also died a lot but it was fun to retry a few times. Great work!
