big fan of being able to swap sizes on the fly, it feels like there's probably a really high skill ceiling and lots of cool tech that could be pulled off, especially with the crazy movement of the glider (the best guy)

This was really fun and had some really interesting gameplay !

The only think that was a little bit harder was that it didn't felt that natural to cycle through all "muscles forms" and made the game a bit "heavy", but still fun !

the idea was pretty cool lol, and i liked the debris left behind when blocks get broken, and the music and gameplay was cool too

This had way more depth than I was expecting! Insanely unique mechanics too. Nicely done!

Actually it's a pretty good game I like the art and the idea

As others have rightly mentioned, great juice! I like the idea of scaling adding unique abilities, as it's a bit more interesting and distinct than simply a change in the character's size. The tutorial levels were pretty good at introducing the mechanics, just needed more content afterwards! A little bit of polish on the controls would go a long way too (it'd be cool to see a smoother way to transition sizes).

Very good juice, it was fun to experiment with what each size was able to do and move around through the level. Controls were a bit awkward but I liked the slowdown when changing size.

Holy, the juice on this is insane. Just little stuff like the door closing feels so good. I especially like the effects when you body-slam the ground or punch away enemies.

I also really like the puzzles and the idea of choosing between different muscle sizes. This is the game for all the gymbros frfr no cap

Changing into the chunky boy and dropping onto the three enemies felt really good, great job!

Really unique atmosphere with the pixel art and bgm! The three abilities are fun to use and make sense, very unique and fun gameplay! Good job! :)

I love the concept, and the art put into both in music and the pixel art. The concept can go a long mile in a full feature game.

I think I got stuck doe, in a room that only has spikes to the right and nothing else.

Also, the effects of the strong actions is so fun!

Love the art and the music, the controls feel a bit unintuitive though and were hard to get used to. Still a cool implementation of the theme, good job!

Very nice pixel art and smooth effects. I confess, I was a bit lost with the controls but the gameplay is very complete and interesting. Great work :)

Surprisingly, I actually liked the keybinds. I would though always get confused with the muscle change menu. Maybe instead of pressing Q and then having to navigate with A and D, you could just press Q once to open the menu, and then cycle the menu by pressing Q again and again. Just an idea though.

Besides that, the game was fun! I liked the artstyle (Although the first muscle guy doesn't have any animations, is that supposed to be like that?). But I honestly didn't understand what the ability of the first muscle is. xD But it didn't really get used I think?

You could've also tried to integrate the enemies a bit more, they were present in just one level.

The tutorial with the doors was also really neat! As far as I can tell, one could only advance to the next door using the knowledge learned in the previous door. That's a great idea.

Nice concept! As said by Linny, the keybinds were a bit hard to grasp, making the game a bit hard to find into. But once the concepts are clear the game is quite enjoyable. Would have loved to see some more levels, but it seems like the time constraint only made the introduction of most mechanics possible. Would have also been nice to see some enemies, since you apparently had them ready as seen in one section. Also great work from the sound design perspective! Keep it up!

I think some better keybinds might make the game easier to play. Also having a volume slider in a settings menu would be nice the music is a little too loud. I really liked the unique idea of your game though and it was a pretty fun play through. With some polishing this would be a really great game. Amazing work!

Really like the artstyle ! Was kinda lost sometime tho

Very creative mechanics make this a very enjoyable experience, with a nice looking but standard pixelart style.

Muscle change ability was interesting, but switching between muscle types was a little awkward, similarly, the jump and ability controls were odd, but this does not make the game worse it just takes a little time to get used to it. :)
