Interesting mechanic with some slick presentation there :)
I think the fight/collect rounds could have been shorter, though.
Appreciate the feedback!
Nice art style! I liked the attack where you kind of have to play around the cards going to one side or the other. One problem was that enemies would spawn in areas that you aren't in and they would stack in a corner so there would be like 15 enemies in a corner and when you went over there, you would get jumped.
Yess there are way too many enemies and they are too tough!! Sorry about that, I hope you still had fun.
very nice art style i like it!
Just beautiful, the art so cool. I loved the cute little monster, and the clever use of colors. AND THE CHIPS omg, just so small and cute. Really great ! Well done !
Really neat to see another game that tied the theme into player stats!
Looks really good! I really like how you roll your stats. Creative!
I think the game would have been more fun with shorter rounds, and a little more "deck building" with the dice. Nice game !
Lovely visual style! I really like the main characters design, and the theme takes an interesting turn here. Customizing your stats at the beginning is a nice addition too, not what I expect to see in a game jam.
I really enjoyed the beginning where you can customize your stats. But I feel like holding dice is a bit unnecessary.
And though I think the combat was fun, I personally had a hard time playing because the 'casino' stage was really cluttered. The enemies didn't match the world. And the main character is handsome and all, but they feel way too big (spritewise) for this kind of game.
But great game nonetheless! Good job :)
I liked the art and the idea of how you can customize your run at the start of the game! I think a bit more polish could be added for the combat though, such as feedback for when you hit an enemy/get hit.
Fun! I siwsh the combat was a little more involved, that we could see the effects of changing the power of attacks
Fun and stylish!
Thank you!! Hope you enjoyed!!
The artwork is so good! I was a little bit uncertain about my objective during the round, but I love the weapon upgrades system!
Thanks for playing! Sorry the objective is unclear, I put some instructions and notes for how to play.
Woah we both had really similar games! Great minds think alike! I love the artwork you did for your game, very good aesthetic!
I want to see a count of how many of the jam games take place in a casino! There's many!! Thanks for playing!
Quite like the mechanic of the dices on star of each round, i think the enemies deserve little more work, and congrats for finishing your game!
Thanks for playing! You are definitely right!
Interesting concept. I would have liked to see more clear progression markers. Art is solid though.
Thanks for playang :)
Nice work! Fairly intuitive gameplay after some experimentation, love the idea of having a limited number of randomized powerups to choose from.
Edit: Also loved the pixel-3D dice roll effect, wonderful job on that!
Thank you! Hope you had fun!
The dice powerup system is pretty cool! I wish there was a bit more feedback for being hit (blinking red or a sound or something) but overall very cute and neat game.
I agree it is hard to tell when you get hit. I hope you enjoyed!
I didn't understand the dice system but it was really fun! I also love the graphics.
Thanks for playing!!
Wow, it's two whole games in one! Really like the idea of Yahtzee to choose powerups, it's quite unique. The arena battler is fun too, but I think it might be easier to play on a smaller map where you don't have to hunt for enemies.
Thank you for playing!! The map could definitely be better :^)
