How does your game fit the theme?
The game incudes puzzles where the top of the dice neets to match with the tile shown. So you have to move the dice with controls! This makes the dice roll.

This is definitely one of the best games I've played so far. The level design was strong. The presentation was great, I really liked both the graphics and the music. Well done on this.
Loved this game! It's the right level of difficulty to be challenging but fun, and I loved the music! Great job!
Pretty fun, but the tactic is basically just to spam buttons and hope that you get the right number.
Definitely the best version of this style of puzzle game I've see so far for the jam. The music is fantastic, puzzles felt well design and I don't think I've seen a jam game with end credits. Awesome job!
The game was great! the puzzles were a lot of fun and I LOVED the music. I would say add more levels especially with more mechanics!
Very fun puzzle game. Also nice to see some more Godot representation!
Sure! Godot is a pretty good engine but I did find a couple of bugs and problems along the way in it. Hopefully they'll iron it out and it'll become on par with engines like game maker or maybe, unity. Thanks for playing!
seen this concept a lot but I think that's the best execution so far
Game is really cool ! idea, art sounds everything was nice, i loved it
Really neat game! The presentation is excellent, with a succinct tutorial level that leaves way for the interesting puzzles to come. Every puzzle felt different, and it was really satisfying when I got the top number to finally match the tile and make it through the obstacle. I did find at times I would end up spinning in a circle (well, square I guess) to try to get the right number, but that was often clearly not the solution and just me being bad at puzzles 😅. Regardless, it's fun to figure out the solution and the sounds your die makes as you move it add to that as well. Great job on the game, and thanks for sharing it!
Thanks. Cheers!
Very cool puzzle game! Really creative idea and great execution, I love how smooth the animations look and how good the artstyle is! And the sounddesign and especially music is just great! I love it, good job!
very clean and polished, but i found the puzzles to be a little bit too easy to my taste
I've played a couple of games with this sort of mechanic, and so far this one has been my favorite. Apparently my spatial reasoning skills are near zero for how dice faces move, but the levels were built in such a way that it was pretty obvious what path I should take. If you're looking to expand the size of the levels and avoid some of the trial and error solutions it might be worthwhile to use a simpler die (e.g., one where the opposite faces are identical).
I like the game, it was very well polished, with the music and all the sound effects. I enjoyed playing it, though I did use trial and error to solve most of the puzzles (as with other dice rollers ive played). The undo button was a very welcome feature, so was the in game tutorial. Good job
Presentation and experience was great. Very nice and clean, music and sfx were nice, and it just looked polished which was great. Also thank god for the angle choice. Didn't kill my brain, though it would've been helpful if you were able to show another side or two either through clicking or something. Other than that, very nicely done!
This is a great entry. it has great presentation and clear rules. Those are two of the most important parts of a good puzzle game. My biggest feedback is with the puzzle design, specifically how they are presented. The designers job in a puzzle is to present an obstacle and hide a way to overcome it in the level. The player's job is to find solution and use it to overcome the obstacle. The problem here is that in most of the levels, the solution is plain sight. The reason for this is the level geometry and layout.
Aside from the last level, every level makes the catch quite clear because there are tiles where there doesn't need to be tiles. For example, in level 3, the tile placed in the inside corner stands out considerably, because it doesn't need to be there. Once you notice this it's easy to guess the correct path on your first try. I was able to guess my way through most of the levels for this reason. To be clear, the puzzles aren't bad, they're all very good, they're just presented poorly as to make them easy to guess
This can be a difficult problem to solve without making the game frustrating. One option is to add red herrings, to make it less easy to spot things that are out of place (But be careful red herrings can become annoying)
I hope this review doesn't come off as harsh I really enjoyed the game (specifically the last level it was great!!) I just wanted to give you my two cents on the puzzle design. I hope this is helpful advice! Best of luck :D
Thank you very much for your feedback! We clearly understand what you are trying to point out! We are very happy to have your feedback , and it helps a lot! Yeah, we understand that the puzzles design was not the best and that it might have been made better! We agree! The reason might be that we are a small group of 3 and Chiptami was taking care of all the music, so me and my other teammate Skejeton had to deal with a lot of parts of the game like testing, design, programming and art. I think that due to that we had less people to implement more! So we ran out of time! But we appreciate your feedback and we also would like to say that as the game is getting a good response, we might release another version on the game with all of the feedback implemented in!
Thanks for your feedback!
BEST OF LUCK:)
P.S. I loved your game! It was great!
P.S.S. The feedback was not harsh at all! We are really happy to your constructive feedback!
You are right, to be fair I wanted first few levels to be introductory puzzles, so to clarify game mechanics (e.g. match is on the top, orientation matters, etc) like in baba is you, and then it gets exponentially harder, but I didn't have much time to implement all the levels, so it all became easy peasy. The last level few were the level I wanted the player to finally play the game, on the level before the last (where you need to put 1 on top), I didn't do a great job indeed. Thank you for this review, I really hope more people leave something as helpful as this. Thanks for playing, my fellow jammer!
Man, your game is awesome, pretty polished, feels good to play! good job
Wow, super well done. Although i saw this concept a lot your execution was basically perfect. The puzzles were very well designed and the gameplay was simple enough for me to figure out without having to read anything. Sound design and choice of music was great, and there's no short of polish. Very. very well done!
I enjoyed the music although I think some of the sound effects were a bit hard on the ears. I think the fact the orientation of the cube had to match frustrated me a bit because its hard enough to get it to line up properly. Overall I enjoyed it and thank god you didnt do that 45 degree angle other games had that is literal pain. Another small complaint which is really a compliment is it ended too soon but really thats a dumb complaint because it was a game jam.
