Great dialogue, especially the onion puns! Designs all clean and a neat battle system. The game feel was strong and I liked the risk element with the drawback dice
A lot of fun! Wish I knew in more detail what some of the dice did, but very enjoyable nonetheless! Very funny dialogue too.
Ah, i haven't played this style of games for a really long time, that wwas a blast! Good rng addition and neat catchphrases
Nice game. Amazing graphics. Please check out my game.
I enjoyed the mix between tactics, rng and skill. You nailed it pretty well. The variety of different dice is astonishing for such a short development time. Music and art also match very well. Awesome submission!
I really like this one! I haven't quite been able to beat it yet, but I might get there! Wasn't able to quite figure out how the feeling lucky dice worked, though-
I always find it impressive when jam games create most of the assets themselves in the time limit and the presentation here is really well done! Love that you still paid attention to some little things, like Clovert looking in the direction they're moving.
Thanks so much! The feeling lucky dice has 5 sides that are blank and 1 side that does huge damage, post-jam we hope to add a feature to hover over the dice to see what its sides are
thanks for playing :)
Great work, love the additional dodging mechanics you've got in there.
Played this several times, which shows that I enjoyed it. Got as far as 8-ball on my last one. Just a solid game all around, fun, creative, and well presented.
It was a joy learning the mechanics of all the dice and getting to see new enemy designs each battle. I love you Clovert
when planning I thought to avoid RNG-based mechanics, but you made them pretty fun~
Now if only the 'spiked' die was kinder to me...
Nice Submission, It was very interesting and had a unique experience. One thing I found hard to grasp around was that I had to put the healing dice on the enemy and not the player.
A solid game with a lot of personality
Very clever way to use the dice in the game! Gives the player lots of agency most of the time, despite how much is also determined by RNG. Very fun submission overall -- awesome job!
Goofy and actually a lot of fun! Nice use of the theme too. Great job guys!
This game was FUNNY! The lame dice was my favorite. Gameplay was all around super clever.
I don't usually like turn-based games, but this is really well done and enjoyable.
easiest 5 stars of the jam! loved the difficulty and the Undertale inspiration. great job!
Seconding what almost everyone else said- tutorial of sorts would be nice, but overall a great little well polished gamejam game. There was some minor visual glitching on the magic 8 ball effects (iirc) that got larger over time, but nothing past that haha.
This is great! Super addictive and gives Undertale vibes (which I personally love). You get all 5 stars from me!
Such a charming game! I really liked the vibe of the game as well as the art, the dice rolls very also very satisfying when you dealt damage.
Some feedback:
Despite those small problems I had with the game I really enjoyed playing it, I could tell there was a lot of effort put into the game and that you guys had fun making it. Nice job!
