It’s an interesting idea that you need to care of whole planet. I like the animation of planet both when it’s rotating and when the bad ending is.

Nice, short project worth to try!

Very fun and somehow more entertaining than I could have imagined. Maybe I just like to take care of things, even though it causes myself to suffer. Darn, this game has frustrated me, yet I keep playing again and again. Well done, especially with your time constraint!

I don't know what's faster, my earth exploding OR you finishing this game. Great stuff, it all came together so nicely. Well done :D

It looks and feels so polished for the time it took - well done Ategon! My Earth exploded but at least they said yay while they died so... yay

YAY! blink and you'll miss it, the planet exploded for the first time while i was reading that you have to constantly watch it, timing 10/10 lol

Insane that you were able to put this together in a single hour. Well done Ategon!

Even in this very simple form, the little design decisions from the music choice to the font choice and animations and well as the star rotating effect really add up to a cool vibe.

Could definitely see a couple of updates on this making it a really neat little experience.

RIP hoomans.

I feel like this game has a lot to say and is very thematic considering its small scope. It also evokes a specific feeling of someone passing you their Tamagotchi, only for it to die under your care.

I really enjoyed the music and visuals, those kept me playing for a lot longer than I probably should have. However, those aspects of the game were imported assets, so it's difficult to know how to rate this submission as a whole.

Overall, I enjoyed my time with it, even if that length of time was short compared to other entries.

Nice entry, the fact that the game is in window mode and the food/water spawns also near the borders not help the whole experience 😅. I haven’t figured out if clicking on the planet is useful or it’s just for “fun” there.

Overall good job!

Well, that was unexpected but I feel like it fits the theme with Earth being like a tamagochi creature itself %)

Gameplay was a bit confusing as it felt like no matter what I do the population die anyway ^^’ Maybe it would help to give more directions on the game page <3 I clicked all the time on the planet non-stop and really hard, so I gave it all of my attention, but it still exploded ;_;

Developer (1 edit)

the game is similar to life, you have no idea whats going on

that’s fair xD
