This was fun! I liked seeing all the different monkey bosses and incorporating the hud into the background was a nice touch. It's quite tricky but this concept of aiming for the outside instead of the boss was nicely realized here, great submission!

Funny and creative game, with some nice art! Wasn't entirely 64x64 looking at the rotations and text though - but the rest of it looked great within those restrictions!

Tricky, but I wanted to keep playing until I could win. Lovely graphics and audio and you made it all work in 64x64, great submission!

Cool, I'll make sure to check it out!

Thank you, and I appreciate the feedback! I'd love to refine this further and make a more playable experience.

Thank you!!

Hm, thanks for letting me know! Could be a problem with WebGL, I'll test and release stand-alone versions on more devices.

First off - it looks great. I love the different zoom levels - that's a really awesome use of 64x64, having the opportunity for more detailed tiles/sprites when zoomed. And that zoom itself is a cool mechanic and it'll be great to see that developed further. Nice submission!!

I really liked the art style in this! I think a bit more polish (sound effects, health bar) would have fully rounded it out but I think this was a nice submission, great job!

Good concept of having to press buttons while trying not to panic with the changing bars and an approaching spook that I think tied in well with a horror tape theme, and I think you did a great job with the pixel art!

That was fun! Looked great, this was a well-executed tower defense (I thought the difficulty curve was good - I had a hard time at the start but afterwards managed nicely).

Stellar in all respects really, one of my favourite submissions.

My family dog is reactive and this experience really resonated with me. I didn't fully understand how to calm the dog and get through this with the 2nd ending but I feel that was appropriate for this subject. There's that love for the dog and that sad frustration conveyed through the art, dialogue and sound that all felt very real and touching. Really excellent work.

The vehicle controls well! I also had difficulty perceiving depth - something like a fog (road /walls have darker pixels the farther away they are?) might have helped? But overall nice submission!!

It's interesting how a simple concept like jumping on bubbles in a short game can invoke some powerful feelings - this really took me away to a nice contemplative place for a couple of minutes. The lovely music and changing scenery brought it all together. Excellent!!

Nice mechanic and use of the "you are the environment" theme for hiding, and I liked the charming spooky art. Would be cool to see this developed further for sure!!

This is an ambitious game that was well done! I found it quite difficult but I liked being able to pick up items and use them as different kinds of weapons (great use of the theme!) and the wide variety of enemies and locations. Impressive submission!!

This was fun! Nice implementation of the theme, took me about 3:15 to get to 4096. Appreciated the tutorial and I got pretty into it, this is a really solid game concept and it was well realized, great submission!

Nice submission! Simple concept executed well,  it was fun getting better at quickly recognizing what icons corresponded to the monsters. For a second game this is pretty sweet (and great implementation of the optional theme too with firing food!)

Had a lot of fun with this and the "find the weakspot" battle system is cool - could imagine how it could be extended all sorts of ways in a larger game. Lovely graphics, really dug the atmosphere - I was sad to see it end since I was pretty into it (but I get it - I overscoped too, ahah). Excellent submission!

Great go at a Spore-style cell concept, and I really liked your low-res rendition of a microbe world!

This was great! Grabbing mechanic was fun. Really liked the look and the psychedelic backgrounds, excellent submission.

Ooh this is good. Really on to something here with this gate concept. You def succeeded with your goal you wrote out, in that I forgot it was low resolution - the design was so striking, loved the menus and colours and music, and I was very absorbed in the gameplay. I'm definitely not very good at it, but I was spending a long while playing. Congrats on getting this done in such a well-realized way for a jam!!

Fun concept and execution, I liked playing as the environment, it was great how concepts were added over time, difficulty ramped up just right. Got a score of 770, I died a lot eheh. Laughed when I died the first time, didn't expect that!

Pleasant and fun game. I like the concept and it was fun to see the land slowly develop and to consider which tiles I should be taking that would set future tiles up well. I think the difficulty could be ramped up earlier, but there is a really solid foundation here, great submission!!

Thank you!

The look was achieved with a couple of tricks in Unity - the first is rendering the player camera to a 64x64 "render texture" and subsequently displaying that texture, and the second was constricting the number of colours of that texture to a set palette.

Oh this is brilliant. The art, audio and design is great and really sucked me in, the puzzles are excellent - I didn't finish them all but I'm definitely going to try, and I appreciate that there's a level builder. Really stellar submission.

This is really fun. It's a simple idea but done pretty much perfectly, one of my fav submissions so far I think, great job.

Thanks! Great suggestion - when the judging period is over I'll likely patch it with that sort of signposting. I def wanted to add more landmarks in general but ran out of time 😅

I really enjoyed the peaceful vibe to this, the sound and visuals are lovely and I like how the environmental theme informed the puzzle design. Great submission!!

Congrats on finishing development, I liked the vibe!

The music was great, as was the art and atmosphere. Will be nice to see this built on further!!

Liked this a lot. Great concept and execution, properly scary and smart use of audio.

Nice submission! That flamethrower worked best for me especially given the screen size constraints - it's pretty tricky but maybe I have to get good haha.

I like it! Reminds me of the always-jammed highway where I live...I envy the snails.

This is fantastic! Great idea and executed so well. I love all these snails.

What a wonderful game! I like how the slowness of checking in at home is acknowledged by the end, it's bittersweet but still so heartwarming. I also thought the little touches like the interactive sequences were great! I'm gonna go to sleep with happy thoughts now, haha.
