Anyone know where the magician and armorsmith merchants are for the merchant hall side quest?
A gay furry RPG about muscle guys bottoming · By
1. Not in the game yet.
2. Not in the game yet.
3. Defeat slimes in the first forest and talk to the slime with all 5 slime armor equiped on Lace.
4. Find a key in Logtown (where orca is), in a house with a tall bird and then go to the slime forest to open the gate near the save statue.
5. Defeat rats in the cave and talk to the man who gave you the quest.
6. Just play the game and find merchants around the world to recruit to the market hall.
7. Give the note to the small lizard and then back to the orc and then go throught the door left to the bar in Shiptown.
8. Talk to Anubu (anubis character) in the Beach Cave (first are don't go into deeper into the cave) and recruit him to the market hall (1 merchant in the above quest) and then talk to him about strange items.
9. If I remember correctly you need to defeat the pirates in the cave and then come back to the bull near the entrance.
10. Not ready, only some in game.
11.Safen, first town. The girl with a lot of bottles.
If you're playing on PC all of these quests have desciptions in the quest journal. If not you're playing on the phone, can't really help you there. The game doesn't have a phone version.
Do you have Anubu? If you have the strange orb, you need to go to Lace's alchemy station (above the orange statue in Shiptown) in Shiptown to get a cut-scene and then the markethall and talk with Anubu and pick "strange items" option from the "talk" menu. After the story scene, go to the beach cave and open the purple door where Foxot and Fucko talked in a story scene (the map is the underground one in the cave) . Ancient ring is also in the Fire Dungeon.
Wulfrick's toy is not yet in the game.
Hi, I'm having problems with the new update, I used a 0.13 save (maybe coud be a problem I don't know). Basically when I start the new cutscene on Rocky Oasis and then go on the ship (still in cutscene), the moment Foxot enters the navigator room nothing happens, like no more dialogues, everything just sits still and I can't do anything. I haven't seen any other comment about it so maybe I just have corrupted files or something.
Edit: when I wrote "Fucko" I meant "Foxot", my mistake.
https://spedumon.itch.io/small-on-top/devlog/471626/small-on-top-public-version-...
instructions are there, you need to copy paste the saves from the older version to the new version.
Ah no. Public buildsa are behind, but they're more finished than patreon ones. The iterations themselves are just the number of builds there have been. Also, there's 3 public builds a year and 12 patreon builds a year. So when the new phase of public builds is released it's quite close to the patreon build, but patreon build quickly moves ahead.
So, looks like i missed the "Thankful" event, and looking at the game page that's the one with Borg. Who is on the ship. I can't get to the ship now, and I don't have a save that is before getting on the ship. Unless there's a way to open the event without actually triggering it, I guess I'll have to wait :,) also is there a way to change the player name?
You can manually change the Adventurer's name by altering the save file. First you need to convert the .rpgsave file you wanna edit to a .txt, to do so you can use this website https://www.save-editor.com/tools/rpg_tkool_mv.html But I highly recommend you use an adblocker before you click that link.
Once the file is a regular text-file, you can open it and use the search function (Ctrl+F for most text programs) and look for the line
"_name":"Adventurer".
and change the Adventurer to whatever name you prefer. (I'm assuming you're using one of the prepackaged save files where the MC is simply called "Adventurer", otherwise you gotta look for the name the bunny has in the current save file.)
Then use the link again, but this time convert the .txt file into an .rpgsave file, and replace the old one in the game's save folder with the new one.
Hey so i've recently completed the 0.15 public story line and noticed that both the scene with dolpho and foxot said work in progress and the scene its self didnt actually play. That im fine with, the bit im worried about it that they didnt show up in the rewatch building, like I havn't unlocked them. Will I be able to "re-get" these in the future? 1, So I can actually see them and 2 so that they count and completing the gallery? Thanks
Afraid there might be problems if you try to import your save files from 0.15 to 0.16. There's gonna be half a year's worth of Patreon updates between these two public builds, and due to the iffy way RPGMaker is wired, a lot of the new stuff might not trigger at all in the new build using older save files. An example would be how some people used 0.12 save files for the 0.13-0.15 builds, and the event with Retmat (the green market hall bird) wouldn't trigger for them at all. In other cases, the game wouldn't even register the old save files at all. So, if that happens and certain things end up not working for you, you'll either have to start a new game, or use the prepackaged save file that comes with the build. 0.13-0.15 also all came with a preset save file that had the characters in front of the beach cave exit (where update 0.12 had ended), all of them level 21, with a lot of gold, everything that can be done in the game had been done and unlocked already, and you got every item available in your inventory at least once. All that so people wouldn't have to start all over after losing all their progress. In 0.16 you'll even be able to change the Adventurer's name whenever you want at the ID machine in the forest, so you should be able to recreate your character builds right away without missing out on anything or having to redo stuff, unless you're like, level 25 or so.
The deleted post is from me btw. It's the same one as above, but I'm not a native english speaker, and my text program is set to a different language, so there ended up being so many typos, I had to edit the whole thing so many times I decided to just repost the whole thing eventually. I wasn't aware this website still keeps the remains of deleted posts though, lol.
Thanks so much for the heads up, however does this mean I'll miss parts of the story line aswell if i use the pre-packaged save file? I really don't want to miss important lore cut scenes, but If i'm going to miss them with the set save file then in that case I can just start over. Thanks for the info though.
The save files always take place just where the previous build ended. So, as long as you didn't miss out on stuff in the previous build, you won't miss out on anything in the next one. You can check the walkthrough to make sure you got everything up to Rocky Oasis. All builds get a midway save file as well though, just before you leave the Western Island for the first time, in case you really wanna make sure.
Hey so I was taking a look at the walkthrough and read the bit about the harbor ships and about how you can ride them to different places Im guessing your talking about these ones?(image in replies) I honestly thought they were background stuff because every time I go up to them and hit enter, they do nothing. Am I missing something here
Ah yeah, back then the ships still had NPCs standing in front of them you could talk to, who would then send you to the WIP areas. However, in public build 0.13 (I think) the NPCs got removed, so you no longer can sail there, at least in the public builds. They are still available in the Patreon builds though, which is why we didn't remove that bit from the walkthrough, since it's based on the most recent Patreon build.
Hey all,
I'm a bit confused on the pushing the rock into the water to cross the bridge at Pine Island. I don't know if I'm doing something wrong or if my game is bugged, because I can't push the rock into the water. Nothing happens when I go next to the rock. I'm prompted to push the rock into the water when I try to cross the bridge but I can't do anything when I go next to the rock.
I assume you mean the cafe in the market hall in Shiptown? That spot gets occupied by Retmat (the green bird guy in front of the market hall) right after you have unlocked the reward scene with him. After you have found all six merchants, just talk to him to collect your final reward, and then the scene plays. After that, he's behind the cafe counter.
Okay so im public build 0.15 and on Pine island, and when I go south from where the pirate ship lands and i see a broken bridge so when i click the space between it says "The gap is too big to jump, maybe you could push that rock into the water and use it as a platform" so I go and click on said rock next to the gap but nothing happens, am I missing something or what?
-A very confused player
Thank you! I actually grinded past 100 last night 🤣
Hey, I just wanted to say that for all my years browsing itch.io and playing furry games, including huge projects like fenoxo's coc 1 and 2, TiTS, other other numerous rpg's, this one is honestly by far the one I've mostly been enthralled with. As soon as I picked it up I haven't been able to put it back down, I can tell that you poured love and dedication into this and quite frankly it's simply my favorite.
It's not even just the NSFW aspect, as great as that is there's so much more to this game, the story is interesting and the characters are so well-written that I actually go out of my way to see all of the dialog, the combat isn't repetative and your companions each have their own unique uses that really inspire me to actually grind when needed and repeat the dungeons.
I wouldn't have been surprised if you were a fan of Toby Fox's Undertale and Deltarune because I get very similar vibes, the well-placed comedy and lovable personalities of the characters seem very well thought-out and really my only regret is not being able to afford the patreon version so I can play more when I eventually finish all the content that's currently available publicly.
Thank you for creating this amazing experience!
So I finished all of the available content, or at least I think I did, the only thing I'm curious about is if there's actually a water dungeon yet or not. I know you can't use the sphere, but if there's a dungeon I'll happily go look for it!
Once the next public version drops I hope I can transfer my save date to it, im playing on mobile through joiplay so I'm not entirely sure how I would do so, but I'm hoping I can figure it out.
He first appears on the top floor of the town hall in Safen. You have to pick up the lewd guestbook on the table, and then talk to the pink dragon, and say that he's gay. Then he will appear at the Bangers club in the Gloomy Forest, same procedure. Then he appears at the Western Island beach, same thing here. Then there's a random chance he'll be at the glory hole, when the number above the right door is a 4, it's him.
Hi, I'm on Pine (?) Island where I'm supposed to be "collecting" the guys I run into there. I've been using the battle commands to get their attention and all that, but apart from "End Battle" I can't otherwise seem to get them to where they need to be? They vanish from the map but reappear when I return to their spot. I'm sure I must be doing something wrong, what should I do?
P.S. I seriously want to kiss Wulfrick and quite a few of these characters, I hope I get to soon. ;)
Did you open the gate in the base? The one that requires you to wear something that boosts your SEXY stat? They all show up there after you defeated them properly once, meaning after you got the "[Character X] will now show up in the base now" message during battle. If you got the "End Battle" option, that means you've done everything correct, the only exception is Agitated Guy (the white lizard dude), who you still have to defeat normally after you got the message, and Skunky Hunk, who's in the bar in Shiptown (you need to open the gate of the base on Pine Island before you can talk to him). After that, they all show up in the base, even though they keep appearing on the map as enemies. This is simply so you can still farm them for stuff.
Well, I had first downloaded the game just a few days ago, looks like I just reached the end of the road for now with the story...
[SPOILERS: You-know-who's dad basically telling a large henchman to "sick em"]
...so now I'll be waiting for the game to be continued. I'm hoping that with my getting the game so recently it will be possible to somehow transfer my saved game over to the update?
Looking forward to the update, cool job. :)
Unfortunately, RPGMaker is a fickle thing that doesn't like it when newer scripts are added to older save files. The reason each update comes with some prepackaged save files is because one can never know if/what kinda glitches or bugs may occur if you use save files from a previous version. It might be completely fine, or certain new things won't even appear in the game at all. Here's an example when I first started playing, when I downloaded a newer version, the Fire Dungeon got it's underwater section, but somehow I wasn't able to enter the water. Turned out it was because I was using an older save file, that didn't have that section yet. The preset save files all come with decently leveled characters though, you got a lot of gold, and each item available in the game's in your inventory at least once, plus in the Patreon version you can use the ID machine in the Gloomy Forest to change the Adventurer's name to what you were using before. And all the things/quests that can be done/unlocked in the game up to this point has already been done in the save files, so you shouldn't feel like you're losing any progress if you use them.
i see what you mean, that does all make sense. It sounds like I might have to reinstall it all over again "fresh" (uninstalling/deleting the original and then downloading the new version) as opposed to simply copying over the existing files to update it (please feel free to connect me if I'm wrong regarding this). I did indeed finally succeed in installing it successfully on my steam deck and it runs wonderfully on it, I just can't help thinking, "Oh no, not again". 😂 Here's hoping I'm just as successful the second time.
By the way, I was thinking just last night about the possibility of my maybe creating some online comic strip style stories with some of these characters created for your game, not for profit, but just for the enjoyment of it. I don't know whether I'll have time to do it but I thought about the possibility, and wanted to ask if that was alright with you on your end. ;)
Looking forward to the update, and thanks for your help. :)
I always delete the older version entirely and replace it with the new one, I'm not sure what would happen if you copy-pasted the newer files over the old ones tbh. The save files are stored within the actual game folder, in "Small on Top/www/save", if that's what you're looking for. You can copy-paste the content of the save-folder into the new one, as long as it's the same version of the game there shouldn't be any problems.
I'm not the developer of the game, I'm 'just' the guy who beta-tests all the update before release, creates the prepackaged save files, and writes/updates the walkthrough. However, Spedumon does have a channel for fan art in his server, so I doubt he's opposed to it, as long as you credit him. But you can always ask him personally, the link to his server is right here on the game's front page
If you're interested, I've already created a comic loosely based on my game. I think I 've made 130+ pages of it already.
https://www.furaffinity.net/gallery/spedumon/folder/912786/Small-On-Top-Comics
I have a folder for them here.
Don't worry, I never sell any of my cartoons (I've learned long ago that it makes it feel like work and saps all the enjoyment out of creating for me. I hate getting paid to create). Rather, I instead always encourage those who want to give me money for them to instead use it to make a donation to their fave charity. ;)
I believe the other fellow above mentioned that you might have a spot on here somewhere for them or something? If so, I can always put whatever I create there.
For Tenting At The Tent just enter the tent in the Light Forest on your first day, the one where you got one of the Beautiful Flowers for the blue slime. After day 1 however (meaning if you already went through the whole scene with Morca) you won't be able to get that scene anymore, as the tent will be empty. For Sleepy Boys just spend one night at the Inn in Shiptown for 10 Gold. And for Dead 5 Times you just literally need to die 5 times. Meaning, your entire party needs their HP reduced to 0 during a battle. Don't worry, you just respawn at the last statue you visited. After the fifth time, you get the scene.
After he ran off with the guestbook, he appears at Bangers in the Gloomy Forest, after that at the Western Island Beach. Then there's a random chance he appears at the restroom at Shiptown's harbor. Once you got that scene once, you can find him in the last cell of the bunker on Pine Island. If you're playing the public version, you'll have to wait til November 3rd for the next public update, to get the dragon's final scene.
Yes, the next public update is scheduled for November 3rd. But a quick word of advise: You shouldn't try to use your old save files with the newer version. RPGMaker, the program Spedumon uses for this game, is very finicky, and can't handle newer scripts in older save files very well. And between 0.15 and 0.16, there's an entire year's worth of updates inbetween! So, you'll be able to load your 0.15 save files in 0.16, but you'd always be at risk for bugs or glitches, like newer NPCs not showing up, or certain scripts not triggering. The safest route would be to use the prepackaged save files that come with 0.16, so people won't have to start from scratch. Those save files put you right at the end of the Pine Island quest, your group is level 22, you got a bunch of gold and all the items available in the game, and you can just change the Adventurer's name back to what you want at the ID machine at the Gloomy Forest. Plus, all the stuff that can be done in the game (scenes, easter eggs, quests) has already been done to this point in that save file, so you won't be missing out on anything by using it.
In Logwood. Check the respective chapter in the walkthrough for details https://docs.google.com/document/d/1RfA3evYulYL2F-3G-RZmgUqjejens8RLvOa2mrfrsAM/
hi im afraid i might have gotten softlocked erm because the purple fruit i need to give is still in my infentory and i cant give it the ryon again tobstart the ship segment day 2 from pine island, ive already unlocked rocky oasis from 0.15 but then how do i trigger the next segment of the main story, it says i have to find a runt whiner and find a way to mainland, also how do i unlock the dolphin scenes or fucko scenes as ive already gone through those but they were WIP, now that theyre accessible, they arent shown in the porn theatre, but thenproblem is i cant relive the ship day 2, so how do i unlock those
I'm afraid using your older save files from 0.15 won't work here, unless perhaps you still got an older save file from before Pine Island. But even then I'm not sure if you might run into problems, since the Western Island also got some big changes since last time, like new chests in Rubyro's room, and you now require a special pick to mine rubies. TL;DR, the safest bet would be to use one of the prepackaged save files that come with update 0.16. If you already got rid of those, just download the game again. File 3 puts you right before you get back on the ship after you got the purple fruit, your characters are level 22 (you just gotta spend all your stat points), you got quite some gold and every item available in the game up to this point at least once in your inventory, so you can recreate your old character builds right away, and all the side quests, scenes, and easter eggs have also been unlocked in these save files, so you won't feel like you lost any progress. Yes, the main character is now called "Adventurer", but you can change his name at the ID machine in the Gloomy Forest, the one just before you enter the Bangers Club. The rest of the main quest line, heading to Maneland and finding Runt Whiner, aren't in the game yet.
Hey Spedu, quick question, did you remove the click movement from 0.16? because that really fucks me up since some of my arrrow keys are broken, Is there anyway to go around this, Or if it is a glitch how can I fix it? And I am probably not the only case with broken buttons, so if it is intentional or a glitch I'd recommend securing click controls so that you don't loose supporters for this awesome game
Mouse navigation was never supposed to be a part of this game, so it eventually got removed, yes. It caused too many issues. Does your keyboard's numpad still work? In that case, you can still move using the 4-8-6-2 buttons (4 for left, 8 for up, 6 for right and 2 for down). If you absolutely HAVE to rely on mouse controls, use this tutorial https://spedumon.itch.io/small-on-top/devlog/628915/mouse-wont-work-in-new-publi...
Did you install the right plugin? Check this tutorial for details https://itch.io/t/1278376/how-to-play-on-android Also, make sure you download the lastest versions from the Joiplay website https://joiplay.cyou Cuz their Google store hasn't been updated in a while. If all that doesn't help, then I'm afraid I dunno either.
After you call the pink dragon gay in Safen, he's in the Bangers club at the Gloomy Forest, after that at the Western Island Beach, and then there's a chance for him to appear at the gloryhole at the restrooms of the harbor in Shiptown. Just leave and re-enter until there's a pink "4" above the right door. After that, he appears in the last cell of the bunker on Pine Island. Just talk to him again upstairs after the final scene to claim your reward. Wulfrick's butt balls are in the southers area of Pine Island, and the magician for the Market Hall is on the second floor of the fire dungeon, after the third fire guard take the way to the left and follow the hallway to a prison cell. And the armorsmith is right in the starting area of Pine Island. If you're having more problems, I recommend checking out the walkthrough https://docs.google.com/document/d/1RfA3evYulYL2F-3G-RZmgUqjejens8RLvOa2mrfrsAM/
Do you still have save files from before you pick up the purple fruit on Pine Island? That might help. Otherwise, try re-downloading the game, and use the prepackaged save files. Save 03 puts you right on Pine Island just before you're about to leave with the purple fruit in your inventory, and I promise you won't be losing any items, solved quests, unlocked scenes, or be underleveled using those files. You only need to remember to switch your equipment, spend all your free stat points, and maybe visit the ID machine in the Gloom Forest to change the Adventurer's name back to what you were using.
Yes, there is a hidden item you can get in the shack, but you gotta have a specific quest item in your inventory for that to work first. Check the "Spoopy Secret Stuff!" sub-chapter in the walkthrough for details https://docs.google.com/document/d/1RfA3evYulYL2F-3G-RZmgUqjejens8RLvOa2mrfrsAM/...
You can check the walkthrough if you're looking for specific items and stuff https://docs.google.com/document/d/1RfA3evYulYL2F-3G-RZmgUqjejens8RLvOa2mrfrsAM/ Once you got the document open, press CTRL+F to open the search bar. In your case, type in "Note Piece", and you can jump straight to the points in the walkthrough where the note pieces are being mentioned. Here's the solution for where to find Note Piece 2#, for example. Just navigate the search bar to the remaining ones.
Sun Protection: Talk to the horse at the beach (head left after you enter the beach) while you're wearing a speedo. Bottle Filler: Fulfill Bob's quest at the Market Hall, aka bring him his Special Bottle from his sister's house in Safen. Sword Smith: Do Vogla's quest at the Market Hall, where you gotta bring him his bag from the rat cave (it's right where you originally found him). As for the golden door, you need to unlock Rubyro's scene in the Fire Dungeon. To do that, you must collect his entire armor set from the chests in his throne room. In other words, you gotta finish the entire Fire Dungeon three times and collect your loot every time. If you're still looking for stuff, you can check out the walkthrough. https://docs.google.com/document/d/1RfA3evYulYL2F-3G-RZmgUqjejens8RLvOa2mrfrsAM/ Google Docs has a search function (CRTL+F) which allows you to search directly for the things you're looking for, so you don't have to read the entire document
In most cases, you can just copypaste the entire save-folder in "Small On Top/www" from the previous version into the next one (the config and global-file are also important). However, RPGMaker can be a fickle program when it comes to loading older save files in a newer version with new scripts and stuff. If you're upgrading from 0.17 to 0.18 (or from 0.61 to 0.62 if you're a Patreon), you should be good to go, but in other cases, you might have to use a save file from before you first entered the freshly updated areas (it's always good to keep a save file where you haven't entered Piratetown yet, as that's the area where things become WIP in the game).
The walkthrough can help you.
The magician is on the 2nd floor of Fire Dungeon and the tailor is in the forest where you can fight the crocodile and the bear, after Logtown.
Hello, I have two small problems
1: I have encountered Nick and talked to the slime at Pine Island, but Nick's Home didn't open up for me on the world map. I have only noticed this after going more into the story have have done the current plot line for Foxot.
2: Now for the Piratetown Side Quest "When you try to head upstairs you are given the option to ask either of your party members to join you, which rewards you with the following scenes: “Upstairs with Lace”, “Upstairs with Wulfrick”, and “Upstairs with Fucko”". Where and how do I start this one?
I have the walkthrough open and used it as a loose guild to follow. I don't mind restarting my progress and needing to follow the right steps, but it would be nice if I don't need to. Again, I have done the Foxot plot line, though he is still there in the Volfox lounge.
Are you by any chance using a save file from a way older version of the game? RPGMaker tends to have problems loading certain scripts once you've already passed the triggering point in the game in the save file, that'd be my first guess if Nick's home doesn't show up for you on the map. That's why each update comes with prepackaged save files, so people don't lose all their progress any time this might happen. As for point 2, that's not a quest, in 0.59 Spedu changed the purple tiger's home, so that merely trying to go up the stairs would trigger the text box asking if you wanna get up there with someone. You can try to re-download the game and use preset save file 02 on version 0.63, which puts you on Pine Island with your party level 22. However, Nick's home has already been unlocked there and his items been picked up, so you won't get the introduction cutscene and additional interactions, I'm afraid. If you're playing public version 0.18, you can try save file 02 on there, which puts you at the end of the Beach Cave, just before you enter the pirate ship for the first time. Yeah, you'll be losing a lot of progress, but at least you won't have to start from the beginning. (If you're using Joiplay, I'm afraid I can't help you.)
Yes, you can find him in the public version, too. After you find him at the Banger's Club and at the beach, he randomly shows up in the restrooms at the harbor in Shiptown. Just leave and re-enter until there's a pink '4' above the right stall door, and then enter the middle one. After that, he's in the last prison cell on Pine Island. If you got more questions like that, you can check the walkthrough
Check the "The Key to the Fire Dungeon" sub chapter in the walkthrough
Hmmm. This is the first time that I've heard of this happening. Might be something on your computer that can't handle the game. I'm not savvy with that kind of stuff, I guess my best bet is to google the problem and see if other people have had similar problems. The engine is "RPG maker MV" so searching something like "rpg maker mv computer freezing" might give answers.
✨HEYYYYYY✨~ I have the purple fruit but how exactly do I give it to ryon? [(Ryon is the colorful bird right?🏳️🌈)And if ryon isn't the colorful bird then where is ryon😅, it's been a while since I played because of school. And I inevitably forgot who is who huhu😅]Because all his dialogue when I talk to him near the sex dungeon (in pine island) is "it's scary out here" or something along the lines of that, I am so confused😮💨 pls help 🥰✨
if the music plays and you can use the menu that's just a "fade out" black and you should be able to move around even if you can't see anything. To reset the screen you could try to find an exit to another area in Pine Island in the dark and reset the "fade out" when you enter that area.
Did you use an older save from another build?
There are multiple instances where you can get one, namely whenever you unlock a sex scene. You can even farm for it in the harbor restrooms in Shiptown, just make sure you always carry some empty bottles with you. You can check the walkthrough for whatever sex scene is closest to where you currently are in the game.
Like Spedu said, the quest isn't finished yet, but to avoid failing it in the first place, you need to talk to the knight near the entrance inside the townhall in Safen, and hand him the 'lost key'. You have to do this before you leave Logtown (getting the cutscene with the priates at the crossroad means you've already gone too far), because by then, Sword will no longer be in Safen. You can check the walkthrough for details.
Am I just getting really unlucky, or is there something wrong with the drop chance for Chest Tattoos from Klaus? I've fought him upwards of 12 times, and I've gotten every item from his loot table except for Chest Tattoos. I just beat him again and he actually dropped two pieces of Arm Tattoos as well as one Arm Wraps. He's taunting me at this point lol
Not within the game itself, but since it's an RPGMaker game, you could use this website to modify your save files and alter your character stats and inventory https://www.saveeditonline.com
The Patreon version? You'd need to resubscribe if you want more than 1 month's build . Patreon works the subscription way. I post new builds on the 3rd day of the month. Every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday I post pictures and more about the progress I make towards the next build. If you're talking about the public versions, I release them on November 3rd, January 3rd, and March 3rd on Itchio for free.
You can use this website to mod your save files https://www.saveeditonline.com Just upload a file, and turn all the 0s into 999s to make your chars OP. You can also edit the amount of gold you have. Afterwards, download the edited file and replace the old one in your game folder.
After the inn in Safen, he appears in the Bangers club in the Gloomy Forest, then at the beach. Then, there's a random chance you'll encounter him in the Shiptown harbor restrooms, pay attention to the number above the right door, if it's a pink four, the dragon is in there. Afterwards, he appears in one of the cells of the base on Pine Island.
Alright, I think I know what's wrong. Once you've had the scene at the beach where the members of Fucko's pirate crew introduce themselves to you, all the royal knights leave the beach cave, including the one for the "Horny Knight" scene. In other words, if you didn't unlock the scene before, you won't be able to do so anymore on that save file, I'm afraid. (I was still able to push the leaves normally though, simply by facing them directly, and pressing "Enter".) I'm updating the walkthrough, since I actually didn't know that myself.
Check your quest journal, and see how far you're into the "Piratetown" quest. You need to talk to Xero in front of Vulfox' mansion, then talk to the lighthouse keeper, then jump into the water in the middle of the town, and swim all the way left to enter the mansion. The Quest Guild Recommendation is a reward for completing that quest. Once you've got it, enter the building right to the quest board
There's a little warning on the game's front page about that. Spedumon, the developer, uses RPGMaker for this game, and the program doesn't like older save files in newer versions with scripts that can't be triggered anymore cuz you moved past a certain point in the game. Try to re-download the game, and use the prepackaged save files that come with version 0.19. Save file 02 puts you in the pirate ship just before you're about to enter Piratetown for the first time. The characters are all decently leveled, everything that can be done on the previous islands has been done, all scenes unlocked and items collected up to this point, so you won't be missing out on anything. Just make sure to spend all your free stat points, and change the equipment to fit your playstyle. Yes, the bunny is now simply called "Adventurer", but you can return to the ID machine in the Gloomy Forest, to change your name.
Hi, for some reason even after getting the scene with Gruffle at the fire dungeon (ive checked at the prison cell and im unable to enter) and meeting him at the quest guild area, he doesnt appear in the water dungeon? (Even tho ive already cleared it) so im not sure if im missing something else to unlock the scene "Product Testing" im on the 3rd out of the 5 premade save files, the one which spawns you at the water dungeon so i didnt actually interact with him at the fire dungeon myself but if i have the "bound and ready" scene and talked to him at the quest guild shouldnt it work?
Okay, I think I know what's wrong. You need to talk to Gruffe in the Quest Guild before you get the Quest Guild Recommendation from Vulfox, because afterwards, Gruffe will have new dialogue, and that apparently will no longer count towards unlocking the "Product Testing" scene. I'll talk to Spedu about this. UPDATE, it works now, I just tested it.
Kindly asking for help in the guild quest part that i am stuck on. I still keep getting 1 star quest from the guild. When trying to upgrade the copper badge to the silver badge and selecting the badge upgrade, for some reason i can't do that instead leads me to like buy glass bottle. Even when using the walkthrough still leads me to the same problem. I don't know if i need more gc or i missed something.
Really digging the game cause its stupidly funny and horny (plus the LORE sprinkled in) but im still curious if the public version can even go to Paradino? i know you need the silver badge to progress and you cant really buy it in this version but the placeholder for the CG rewatch is there already so i was assuming the public version could go to paradino and maybe im missing something? also for some reason "Small Break" isnt filled in my scene rewatch even though i already pass it and even going back to the cave doesnt trigger it anymore
No, I mean where exactly in the game are you stuck? In what area? Like, you were talking about a "starting area", which would be Safen, but you also mentioned not being able to enter Shiptown, even though there's yet another town between Safen and Shiptown, so I'm confused as to where in the game you're stuck. If you are right in front of Shiptown, you need to recruit Wulfrick in order to progress. Maybe checking the walkthrough can help you out?
Grope his junk, then tell him you wanna join the pirates. You can check the walkthrough for more questions
