Really cool, lots of potential for mechanics and puzzles, but the controls were a little annoying

How does your game represent "Power"?
Thecore mechanic of the game is based off of combining and exploring multiple powerups

First thing, the art style really nice big props to the artist. Music was also a bop. The gameplay also is really interesting and I did get majority of the levels and the controls can be a bit slippery but was fun.
I like the idea of having to pickup/drop powers like this and I like how you can decide where you're dropping the powers when you need to swap things out to figure out how to get from screen to screen.
I'm sure it's something that the deeper you get into the game, the more useful it may become based on however the levels are designed, but for the early levels the momentum based movement doesn't feel very good. The lack of visual cue for how fast you're going results in me never knowing where I'm about to stop. I also kept accidentally dropping my powerups when I was trying to move left or right because of where the S key is located haha. I would recommend remapping that to a different, less easy to accidentally press button.
The actual puzzles are designed well from the ones I got a chance to play, and the overarching concept is very good. Having to unlock more slots within each screen for what powers are available really makes you sit down and think about how exactly you're going to navigate the puzzle and where would be ideal places to drop off certain items and powers.
I can only imagine how clean this will look and feel once the final art is implemented and the mechanics and movement get some polish!
Thank you so much for playing our game, and for your feedback, and apologies for the unfortunate crash! We do have an updated, post-jam version here which no longer crashes and is improved in pretty much every way. I'd love your feedback on it if you're interested in giving it a try at some point :)
Thanks again!
I love the management of the different powers, finding the route to use the powers and pick up others. Art and music are so cool and stylized and epic.
I really love the art for this game. Like others have mentioned, the controls need some adjustments. Great job btw!
Great style, i got Persona 5 vibes, especially out of the music. i did get a game breaking bug just past the level with the portals that may be isolated to the web version. i would have liked more than one frame from the animations, but i understand that needs must. i think this kind of game would have also greatly benefited from a single paragraph, or even just a sentence at the beginning for a plot, because this world seems so interesting at i would like to learn more about it.

Thanks again!
Super cool aesthetic and the music slaps! The gameplay concept is very interesting, although it took me quite a bit to get used to the unconventional controls. Unfortunately, the game crashed for me after fifth level so I couldn't continue playing further, but what I played was more than great! Well done!
Great art, and I love a good puzzle game! I know it's been mentioned already, but the controls felt a bit awkward, and when I accidentally dropped a jump power-up midair, there was no way to get it back. Great job overall though!
+ Great art style
- Finicky controls
- game crashed :(
Unique idea that's really fun! I love the art style too.
Goated art. Really creative idea and well executed puzzles. Best puzzle game I've played so far in the jam
cute puzzle game! i really liked the dropping stuff for later mechanics, and the art style is really nice as well.
The aesthetic is super fun! It took me a little while to figure out the slots, and that each hostage adds a slot. This is a fun concept for a puzzle game. :)
When I saw that theme was "Power", one of the things I thought was "power - that's like in shonen battle manga where heroes of justice fighting evil with the power of love". So, I'm really digging art and music here!
The problem is bugs mentioned in the comments and controls. With better controls this could be really cool puzzle game.
