Game's Take on the Theme
You spin the screws to damage the boss!
Did your team make the majority of the art and music during the jam?
Made all of the art, but most of the music and sounds effects are assets
If not, please link to any asset packs or resources used here.
Most music and sound effects are from freesound.org and opengameart.org

Really fun visuals and effects! It really makes the game feel a whole lot cleaner to play! Probably one of the better visuals I've seen out there too!! really great work! I kind of wish there was a tutorial cuz it did take a hot minute to figure out exactly how to play. Really loved it tho!
(PS: If you're willing to I'd love it if you can rate and leave some feedback on my game! This is my first ever jam and I'd love to see where I can improve for the future!)
The visuals are insanely good, and the game as a whole is impressive! However, it really lacks either a tutorial or a more intuitive demonstration of the mechanics. But everything else is done at a high level! Excellent work!
I liked the visuals and gameplay is smooth. One flaw is that you didn't make tutorial or controls and gamer has to make a guesswork
Love the art! And the game feels so polished
Great art and bosses have cool attacks. Really hard game, but the controls do indeed make you need to spin :D
Wow! :O I had a great time playing this. The art style really stood out, and the gameplay felt super smooth. :) The mechanics were easy to pick up but still really fun and engaging! I can definitely see myself coming back to this one. ^_^ Great job! If you have time, I’d love for you to check out my game too! :D
This is a clean and well done use of the theme, and I really like it!
It's also quite hard, the first boss already is quite a challenge!
No time to screw around.
The gameplay is great and the theme is implemented really well, the music is screwsome!
Really fun but also hard!
I don't know if I'm just bad at unscrewing but I always get hit by the time running out for the screws
really cool music and art!
Really fun game! The main mechanic is simple butcool. I hope you continue to develop the game!
My only problem is that i could not play in fullsceen.
Great job, super unique take on the themes of the Jam. well done! I'm just as bad at is as swag was :P
Incredibly fun game, wow! It improved so much since I last saw Swag play it but I knew this was going to be one of my favorites! The artstyle is super charming and the gameplay loop is a very fresh breath of air. Great work!
I like the artstyle and basic gameplay loop, although I feel like the first boss could use a little less HP. Good job!
Had lots of fun! The first boss is really difficult, sometimes I took a hit because there was no way to dodge. The last part at the end you need to spin really fast, it would be cool if you had more time to spin.
Byeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee
Pretty good game! Though a bit difficult for a jam game, i'd say. cool implementation of the theme and nice pixel art and sounds.
Couldn't get past the first boss because there was so much going on at the same time, I would have liked a slower introduction to the mechanics and combat system. Other than that its a very cool take on the theme, and the art and music are well made :)
Surprised this one hasn't blown up more yet! Genuinely super well done, but MY GOD is it stressful! Hahaha.
I think I got the first boss down to 20% health or so a few times, but at some point it's just too much for my brain to follow at once. Maybe the screw timers should be a fair bit longer, or they shouldn't be guaranteed damage if they expire. Also, the triangle beam attack sometimes creates unwinnable scenarios, I guess you can see it in advance and try to position yourself to avoid it, but doing that while turning two screws and dodging the boss dashing at you is overloading my physical memory, lol.
In any case, this is the first game I've tried so far this jam that I'll actually keep around and play more later.
