Game's Take on the Theme
While there's many, many rotating elements from the slot machine to generate new bosses to the spike totem that spins and attacks that go this way and that... the biggest thing is the disc attack. Which is the player's main source of power and damage, as the more you charge it up the more it curves and thus SPINS out of control. But wield it well and you'll be great.

Did your team make the majority of the art and music during the jam?
Yes! Elosande made all the art and Andrewmania06 made all the music/SFX

I like the visuals, the animations and the boss graphics are specially good, the attacks are varied and can be avoided, the game feels fine overal, I like the music too, I rate graphics, music, and fun on top but all is cool, also, if you have some time, please rate my game too, thanks!!!

Very unique take on the theme. I really like the feeling of 'curving' your attacks! Makes me feel like im curving bullets in the  WANTED movie. Well done great polish, I had a lot of fun with this one!

great polished game you got here! i really liked the spinning shot mechanic and lining that up for extra damage. wish there were more bosses so I could keep playing!

It's a fun game. The random boss generator is nice because it allows for replayability. However, it's a difficult game. Perhaps the movement should be smoother so it's easier to avoid attacks. Good job anyway! Keep working or the optimization!

Loved the visuals and the music, super old school, reminded me a bit of Cowboy Bebop for some reason :) I tried a bunch of times, but I am too weak, could never get the boss :| Skill issue :D Well done though, keep it up!

I love the aim mechanic but i feel like the arrow should always be shown so its easier to know what way its pointing. i liked the art and music. And the game was fun. Altho the browser version loads forever(3mins) still worth the wait

hey unfortunately the game didn run well for me. i tried firefox and chrome browser. in firefox it crashed my browser and in chrome it loaded for 1 min and then hit me with the soundwarning. i think if you are already aware that a soundwarning in description is necessary it might be better to just reduce the volume of music in your game and let players increase it in settings later if they like :) the art looked very promising and the name and screenshots brought me here xD thanx for sharing!

Sorry the game doesn't run well! We are aware of the problem but it was within the last few hours of submission and I couldn't really do much for optimizations at that time. If you can't run it in browser there's a downloadable windows version (though you may not have a windows of course).

As for the volume warning... Well yes it could have been set lower to start. But most games often blast you with sound for no good reason when you start them up and as such kinda kept it in for that reason. ... It's not  good reason mind you but I couldn't resist it being a bit funny.

The game is great the boss design are well made ,The art is cool and the sounds and music are nice but controls are a bit hard. i hope you make it a bit easer

The game felt very snappy and clean to play - the bosses' attack patterns were excellent to play around and most of the time getting hit was because of player skill issue, not the game. I loved the totem design and how you can roll different segments that created unique patterns, which made each fight feel very fresh, even after I played all three difficulties. Make sure to not use square all-caps fonts for large paragraphs.

Thanks! The square caps thing couldn't be helped actually. None of those letters are actually capitals. Those are lowercase in the font. Upper case has a bubbled effect in most cases. The font in question. I'll agree though it might not be accessible but it matched presentation too well to ignore. Perhaps an option for font swapping would help.

ok so, great game. I like the random boss generation, but the constant web build crashes kind of took away from the experience. Aside from that, the game is fluid and fun to play!

Y-yah sorry about that! I didn't do the most optimization for playing on web and it heavily varies by browser settings (as mentioned in the notice). 

If you can, there's the non-web build to tryout though I should have exported a mac & linux build in hindsight!

wow this is really cool! i love the art style, but whenever im behind the boss i cant see where i am lol. the controls for which direction im shooting make sense, but its a little difficult to remember which direction the two will go (tho i started to figure it out with practice). there was also a bug that idk how to recreate where i would move while charging the attack, and usually in a random direction. overall the game is really fun and unique, and the bug doesnt subtract too much from it.
