Love the simplicity of the idea and the variety in gameplay! Great story very well executed ⭐
Thanks for the kind words
Very strong entry. The gameplay was engaging and completely new to me, which I love. Strong contender for top three game of this round, imo. The approach of telling a full story through gameplay worked very well.
Your comment just made my day! Thanks for playing :)
Was really cool reminded me of old Sega games took me a while to get the feel of the mechanic but once I did it was a lot of fun. Loved the boss battle and intro scene!
Hearing that is a huge compliment, especially from a big retro fan like myself. The mechanics take some practice and I'm so glad you had fun mastering them :)
Fun title! I liked how it conveyed a clear story while being short a sweet - with some puzzle/platformers, the story can get lost with too many levels, but the setup was clear enough and not too long to lose focus. Loved the detail at the end of the credits where the scientists turns back to human (but then reverts themselves back to being a monster? I guess the power was just too great).
Only nitpick is that you couldn’t really know what to do the first time in each level until after you tried the telekenesis power, since it would vary if it would pull towards/away/etc. Maybe some kind of color of the monster sprites (to be very hard to miss) or better yet, some kind of directional animation could have helped with this. But it wasn’t a deal breaker.
Thanks for the excellent feedback and that's a really great idea about having different colours. I think you're the first to mention what happens at the end of the credits so thanks for seeing it all the way through
Such a satisfying game to play! Really love the music, makes you just want to play more and more! Love the art and the story!
That's awesome to hear, thanks :)
Such a sick game! I loved the story, loved the mechanics! It felt sooooo good to slam dunk the crystal straight in the portal with the "pushing away" psychics! Amazing work on this one GameFavorites!
The ending battles were also such a nice touch! Congratulations!
PS: I was curious about all those music credits. Where did all those names come from?
Thanks for the kind words and that's an excellent question that I'm glad you brought up. I've updated the page to better explain where the sounds come from and I've noticed that there were a couple of unused credits listed
Very fun puzzle game, I love the levels, even though some of them are pretty hard. The narrative is clear to me and the ending is really satisfying. Great job!
Thanks for playing! Most of my effort went into trying to make it a fun game so I'm glad to hear that the narrative is clear and that you enjoyed it
Great game. I loved the art and the sounds, but I the level puzzles with the telekinesis mechanic were my favorite part of this game.
Glad you enjoyed it. The telekinesis puzzles were a joy to design. Thanks for playing!
Really fun concept. I liked the gameplay a lot, although I found the level 3 really diffcult with the precise move at the end. I did like how every level the mechanic changed, good job
I appreciate you playing and glad you liked the changing mechanic. Level 3 can definitely be a challenge
Super fun, a couple more levels would have been nice and I hit the boss a couple times before it actually was destroyed, which felt a little unintuitive (I imagine it has a specific hitbox). The mechanic was fairly original and fun to use, well done.
I'm glad you found the mechanic fun and original, that was a big focus for me during development. There's a bunch of extra things I wish I could have done and I would have loved to make more levels and had planned to do so but ran out of time. For the robot, it's the purple crystal which is the hitbox, it's quite subtle but there's a shine on it to give a clue of the weak spot
I love the art, cutscene, and mechanics on this one! Really solid entry!
That means a lot to hear, thanks for playing!
Cool mechanics :) was very intuitive and satisfying :)
thanks :)
