It does look interesting. I don't have much to add from other comments. The movement felt too slow and too luck based? Could also give a little more control in combat and not just hold a button like maybe aim the tentacles. A bit of polish and it could be a nice game.

Interesting take on the theme, could use a little polish if you want to continue developing it. Interesting game ;)

I really didn't understand how to move... :/

I quite like the idea of grappling to your enemies to move around. It would be nice if I could control where my tentacles go, and have a bit more range.

Published in August of 2019, huh.

Really neat concept, and the art is wacky and fun! Like others have said, I think having more control, either of each tentacle, or having more interesting movement paths for things to cling on to would go a long way.

I think maybe allowing the player to influence each tenticle indivdually and allow the player to grip onto different objects etc would allow for more meaningfull gameplay, instead of throwing all of them out at the same time. Neat concep thought :)

I think you went too hard on the "out of control", I got bored fast when I felt like I couldn't influence anything in the game. I liked the idea and art though.

Submitted

I definitely didn't have much control :D Could be interesting if it was more predictable and controllable somehow.

A neat concept for a game, though I think it was a bit confusing, could've used more of an explanation.

It was a pretty neat mechanic, just found it not to strong gameplay-wise. Found  that I could just spam tentacles when near the enemy to win instantly which made it very simple. I think it'd be interesting if you could choose which tentacles to use and could grapple to enemies to pull yourself around to find the boss of each level.

Good game, though it lacked some polish

It would have been nice to actually control the character. But thats out of control I guess. ? :D

That was a pretty cool Mechanic! It took me a second to understand how to play but I eventually started to get it. would like to see the mechanic fleshed even further.

Interesting entry. It's just missing some audio

Nice !! Interesting mechanic

Very interesting and creative game! I wish I could move on my own rather than drift about randomly but I guess that is what makes the game "out of control" ?

Submitted

It's very unique but I think you need to have clearer instructions of how the game works.
