Very Fun Mechanic! Got instantly hooked ngl xD

Nice Job!

You managed to make a really good game! I loved the fact that hitting something just doesn't kill you, you just bounce and life continues !

Really succinct gameplay and with some really interesting mechanics. I was a bit surprised that the gems would fly around everywhere too but I guess that's all part of it being out of control. The music was also really fitting and really gave me that 'hyper space travel' vibe. Excellent work on it!

Very Smooth graphics, plus the music fits perfectly. Using the asteroids as a blocking method was genius!

Super fun, interesting level design/mechanics. All around dope!

I really liked this one. The audio was great and the minimalist graphics worked really well.

It really fits the theme! oml it's asteroids 2.0 haha. I love the slowmotion when aiming, it gives the player some time to launch and cool effect as a bonus. I really appreciate that the spaceship won't get destroyed if hit by asteroids because it's too hard lol. Other than that, It's really challenging and fun game!

Really fun and challenging, especially when the crystals start moving. Looks great too :)

Really fun game. Love the atmosphere and the fact that everything just fly's about whilly nilly. One minute your aiming across the map, the next the last gem is right next to you. Fantastic game!

Great look and feel and fun to play!

I love the aesthetics of this game! Great execution, and I love the screen wrapping, it adds a lot to the game in this case. The aiming felt great, and was really well done. Aiming from your initial click, rather than where your shuttle is now, was a **great** design decision. The visual design is also extremely clear, there's no confusion whatsoever as to what's going on.

Great job!

I zipped, zapped and had a great time! Love the aesthetic! Made me feel like I was playing the original asteroids again!

I really enjoyed your game,  I had a hard time hitting things  because of the scale of the object but i had a lot of fun and was clenching my butt throughout a lot of that.

Cool idea and amazing art style! Well done.

Loved the game. I just feel sorry for the crew of the ship, it certainly wasn't a pleasant ride. (Protip: you can just click the screen and the ship will stop where it is)

It definitely helps to throw on the brakes sometimes!

I really loved this!  The feel is amazing and I love the use of screen wrapping to extend freedom of movement while keeping everything in a manageable space.  The learning curve was just right to keep me feeling challenged and the game left me wanting more.

If I had one complaint, it's that the targets are just a little too small, at least for the early levels.  It might help to start them a big bigger (or otherwise easier to hit) and shrink them as you go along, considering how tricky it is to get really precise movement dragging a mouse.  A few times I whiffed a straight shot on a stationary target I was sure would hit.

The conveyance was great, btw.  It's easy to tell at a glance what's going on.  The way the ship not only goes dark but bounces around like a normal object until you regain your boost really sold the out-of-control feeling.  Really solid game.

Thanks for playing the game, so glad you liked it! We hadn't considered making the targets bigger, but having them bigger in the early levels is a good idea.

Happy you could tell what was going on. We worked hard to find a balance between making the un-powered ship feel totally dead and making it so you still had some idea what was happening.

I really loved the feel of this one

Really fun game! Loved the out of control bits

I could only see a very small part of the game - think there might be something off with the resolution when you uploaded - sorry

Developer

Hey, sorry to hear this! Can you tell me about your screen resolution and what browser you're using?

Developer

Hey, we've discovered that this kind of issue can occur if you're on a machine that is using windows' resolution scaling ("Change the size of text apps and other items"). If you disable that temporarily, you may be able to play the game

Submitted(+1)

Yeah that seemed to fix it - how bizaare! Great game when I got to play it.

Developer

Glad you got to play! Sorry we didn't have more robust resolution control... just one of those things that gets skipped in a jam I guess.
